Set in a small private development of just sixteen individually designed houses known as Sunrise Villas, it offers fabulous views to the rear where the pool and sun terraces are situated looking out to the beautiful clear blue Mediterranean sea and the passing of cruisers and sailing boats. The interior of the villa has been furnished and decorated to the very highest of standards.

The Paphos District
THERE IS SO SO MUCH TO SEE and DO while here so be prepared to allow some time for these activities.
For nature lovers; the beautiful coastal Akamas National Park is only a few klms away where you can experience the untouched beauty of the Cypriot coastal landscape, and enjoy beautiful countryside & sea walks, swimming and snorkelling or just somewhere to escape to for peace & quiet . The ancient capital of Paphos is a short drive or bus ride away (buses every 15 mins during holiday season) for wall-to-wall historical sites and livelier nightlife. Closer by, the charming village of Peyia offers the perfect place to sample Greek Cypriot Meze in a traditional taverna but if you just want to stay putt in Coral Bay you have the sun, sea and entertainment right on your doorstep.
Meze's are the traditional dish. Fish and meat varieties available, but my favourite is a mixed meze. All the best bits from both types of meze. (You will need a good appetite for this.) Alternatively go for the lamb kleftico - it's to die for !!
Every visitor to this region should explore the ‘Tomb of the Kings’ archaeological site and the mosaics…, Paphos Castle at the harbour, do a bit of shopping in the Old Town and definitely not miss out on a game of golf at the famous "Aphrodite Hills" or "Secret Valley"and don't forget to go to one or two of the local winerys of Katikas, situated between Coral Bay and Latchi,
A visit to Cyprus wouldn't be compete without heading for a day to the beautiful fishing port of Latsi. Latchi a picturesque fishing village situated on the North West Coast. Before tourism had discovered Latchi its main industry apart from fishing was the exportation of sea sponges. And if visiting Latsi stop of at Polis on the way back. The main feature of Polis has to be the village square boasting cobbled streets, souvenir shops, banks, jewellers, chemists and bars where thirsty travellers can sample locally made wines, including Commandaria a sweet dessert wine favoured by “Richard the Lion Heart” and used as a holy communion wine. Traditional restaurants surrounding the square offer tantalizing home baked cuisine. Ice cream parlours, tiny coffee shops are a few of the delights on offer in Polis. These beautiful places are only an hours drive from Coral Bay but be very careful as the roads are very twisty.
If you want to travel a bit further afield, you have the famous Trooda Mountains with the mountain villages of the area, such as Platres and Omodos or the Troodos square, a few kilometres before the peak of Troodos. For the culture addicts, a visit to the most famous and richest monastery in Cyprus is a must, the Kykkos Monastery as well as dozens of remarkable Byzantine painted churches, Believe it or not, Troodos also has a few sky slopes operating from January to March.
For the Children don't forget to go Go Karting in Paphos, or the Paphos Aquarium or even our Waterpark which is a full days outing believe me and there is also the cinema (would you dare!!) But I'm told the pool, good weather and a few kiddy DVD's go a long way to making their holiday.
PLEASE, please, don't be afraid to ask me for some recommendations on restaurants, wineries and places to visit which are not on the visitors map as such. I am here often enough to know. Especially the restaurants..... IF YOU HAPPEN to be staying during the winter months Jan - Mar I know of all the great eateries especially for brilliant value. Hope all of the above helps to make your holiday more enjoyable.
Paphos / Coral Bay area
Coral Bay The popular resort of Coral Bay provides all the facilities for a perfect holiday . Its centre is lined with shops, bars and restaurants offering a choice of both Cypriot and Chinese, Italian and Indian cuisine. Down on the Blue Flag beach of Coral Bay the shallow waters are wonderful for bathing and water sports alike – from para sailing and jet skis to banana boat rides. There are also banks, credit union and loads of shops specialising in leather goods, local pottery, beauty salons and hairdressers.
A new state of the art marina which is currently at the planning stages will be a reality in the Coral Bay area right in front of the villa over the next couple of years. This marina will be the biggest in Cyprus and one of the largest in the Middle East, servicing more than one thousand yachts and will attract high quality visitors to Paphos.

Further details indoors: On entering the Villa the hallway leads on your left to a magnificent split level lounge which is located next to the dining & kitchen area, extra large patio doors which extend across the complete width of the villa lwith steps eading down to your own private pool with six sun loungers. There is a sweeping stairway leading up to 3 bedrooms . The main bedroom is en suite with main colours of creams, beige's and duck egg blues. The tapestries on the walls are by a designer called Lorsa. It also has a 32' television/DVD wall mounted. In the 2nd bedroom I have gone for more bold colours of turquoise, greens and creams. And the 3rd bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds or alternatively I have an excellent topper which can convert it into a 6ft bed. My main colour in this room is cerise and whites. All the furnishing, bedside lockers, dressing table, mirrors have simple geometric lines. Each piece is hand carved from solid fruit wood and hand painted in antique ivory or mahogany finish. Bedroom 1 and 2 have patio doors out to a sun terrace with table and chairs overlooking the pool and with sea views. I have tried to give each bedroom its own identity and fill them with sunny and bright refreshing colours I have installed 2 ceiling fans in the sitting/dining room and in the 2 main bedrooms also which really helps during the very hot season.
Further details outdoors: The swimming pool is a 10 X 5 metre with corner steps for your comfort. There is a shallow and a deep end to the pool. Six sunbeds are available and I have chosen very comfortable sun bed covers. There is also 2 umbrellas to shade yourself. One at ground level and one on the sun terrace outside bedroom one and two. A small charcoal BBQ also is there for your convenience.

. - An excellent TAXI SERVICE is available from the airport direct to the villa which takes about 35/40 mins. The cost of this service is approximately 50 - 60EURO each way for six people. I can recommend this service if required.
- CAR HIRE: I always use a guy called Andreas who owns Streetwise car rental . Email him or tel him for a quote at 00357 25318703 or car-rentals.@streetwise.com.cy. MAKE SURE you ask for discount!!
- Occupancy is for a maximum of 6 people, and commences after 15.00hrs on the day of arrival, guests are requested to vacate by 10.30am on the day of departure . HOWEVER late departure can be arranged in the event of new guests not arriving on same day.
- The above rates are inclusive of linen, and bathroom towels. Beach towels can be arranged fo an extra 5GBP per week. Please ask
- The use of a security safe is available free .
Conditions
The property can be secured by a 30% deposit payment with the balance payable eight weeks before the holiday
Special short breaks can be arranged out of season e.g. long weekends or golf break. The famous Aphrodite Hills, Secret Valley and Tsada are a short drive away.
Discounts for periods of more than 2 weeks are offered during the winter months IE November to March

Beach Towels are available for rent at 5GBP each per week. For a 2 week stay 2 for 10GBP. Please ask if you would like them included in your rental. (Can really help space in the cases). ******I have reduced some of my prices for late summer 2008 for last minute bookings**** 30% of the total amount must be paid on booking and the balance 8 weeks before you travel.
- A security deposit of 100GBP must be paid with the final payment.
- The complex is secured with electric gates. If you are hiring a car, a zapper for these gates is available at a deposit of 50GBP (cost of replacing if lost).
