Home description
This spacious air-conditioned apartment is built into Tala Hills and has spectacular views down to the coast from the large spacious patio/garden area. The apartment is in a duplex style complex which means the property is built downwards so the apartment is on the lower floor.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle,toaster, crockery,cutlery and glasses. The living area is comfortably furnished with a large L shaped sofa which converts into a sofa bed, a 2 seater sofa, a dining table and 4 chairs. There are two bedrooms one with a double bed and one with two single beds. A patio table, parasol and chairs are provided on the balcony to enable you to soak up the sun and the views. All rooms are air-conditioned.
The apartment is only a 5 minute drive to the Village with its small tavernas and bars. The views from the apartment are spectacular. It is an ideal spot for a relaxing holiday but also has lots of sights around if you like to venture around the island.

The Paphos District
For those of you that have never visited Cyprus, Paphos is situated in the western peninsular of the island. This all year resort boasts an average of 340 days of sunshine a year and virtually zero rainfall from April to November making it an ideal destination for summer and winter holidays. The Cypriots are friendly and welcoming. English is widely spoken and cars are driven on the left as in the UK.
For those of you that have visited Cyprus before there are many trips and activities available. One of these trips could be a daily jeep safari to the Akamas National Park to see 'Turtle Beach' where the protected Greenback turtles lay their eggs, the Akamas Gorges, Adonis Falls and the sea caves. Full details of all the Islands activities will be provided in our apartment information pack.
For the golf enthusiasts there are three golf courses within easy reach of Paphos. Aphrodite Hills (PGA standard) 18km (www.aphroditehills.com) Tsada 15km (www.cyprusgolf.com) Secret Valley 18km (www.cyprusgolf.com)
Fishing - fresh and a sea water is nearby and a suitable license will be provided.
In the Troodos Mountains (60km) there are plenty of picturesque villages as well as ideal conditions for mountain biking, hiking and also skiing during winter months.
Paphos / Tala area
Tala is located 10 minutes drive from Paphos Town and a 20 minute drive from the airport whilst the village square, with its local restaurants and bars is only a two minute drive from the apartment. In addition to Paphos, the Coral Bay area with its sandy beaches is 10 minutes away and the 12th century monastery of St. Neophytos is 5 minutes away. For those interested in golf, then nearby Tsada offers an 18 hole course, with a further two courses within a 30 minute drive. Tala is a prestigious residential area and due to its elevated position there are spectacular views down to the coastline. It also benefits from a cooler, less humid air in the hot summer months.
How to get there
Fly to Paphos International Airport - Kato Paphos is only 18km from the airport.
There are regular flights from all major UK airports. If travelling from Dublin you can actually book a direct flight with Eurocypriot airlines on www.eurocypria.com.

A non refundable holding deposit of £100 is required to secure a booking. The balance plus a refundable £100 security deposit is payable six weeks prior to commencement of the holiday. If booking within six weeks of departure the full amount plus £100 security deposit is required at the time of booking. The security deposit (against loss of keys, breakages and damage to the apartment) will be refunded within 14 days of your return.
Vacating the apartment - if it is not booked then you may stay until you leave for the airport at no extra charge. Please enquire when booking.
