Villa Timos (Villa II) was built in the summer of 2006 and is located on a private gated complex in Coral Bay between Paphos and the Akamas Peninsula National Park.
Our villa boasts a private 8m x 4m pool with sun loungers, chairs, parasol and tables on the patio so that you can sit and relax in the Cyprus sun. The villa is fitted with air-conditioning in all three bedrooms, the lounge and dining area. There is Satellite television and a DVD/CD player for your entertainment with a small selection of DVDs. The kitchen is fully fitted and the dining room seats six. The villa is furnished with modern, comfortable furniture and you will feel completely at home during your stay.

The Paphos District
The villa is situated in a wonderful location which is easy to reach. It is close in proximity to a beautiful beach and various shops and restaurants.
You will not need to hire a car unless you want to explore more of the beautiful island as there is a very frequent bus service that leaves from the beach carpark opposite which will take you into Paphos where you can visit the interesting market where you can buy gifts, pictures, leather bags and belts, tablecloths and many other items but you must learn to barter with the sellers! There are also many shops to visit selling jewellery, clothes, shoes and other interesting items. Why not have your eyes tested at one of the many Opticians in Cyprus and get your new spectacles there as they work out to be a lot cheaper.
The taxi ride from Paphos International Airport costs approximately 45 Euros each way.
There are many interesting things to do in Paphos itself - you can visit the Tomb of the Kings and see the colourful Roman mosaics - visit the harbour which is a popular visitor destination where you can walk along the quayside and, when you get hungry, you can visit one of the many fish restaurants or tavernas.
Paphos / Coral Bay area
A short stroll will take you down to Corallia Beach, with a small beach, marina with watersports and tavernas. A little further and you will reach Coral Bay Beach the best sandy beach in the area. Coral Bay Beach is lively in the summer and offers bars, sun loungers and a variety of water sports. There are a number of bars and restaurants 150 Meters away (which cannot be heard from the villa) and a supermarket where you can buy most of the things you need. A fifteen minute walk (3 minutes by car) will take you into Coral Bay's main street, where there are a wide choice of restaurants, shops, banks, bars and night life.
The 5 Star Coral Bay Beach Resort Hotel is two minutes away and is open to the public. It has an Internet cafe and other facilities that are available for use, including a Health & Beauty spa with gym, saunas, steam room, hydrotherapy bath and whirlpool spa and an excellent and quite inexpensive restaurant.

Further details outdoors: The private pool measures 8m x 4m with the surround slabbed and ample patio space. There are sunbeds, chairs, table and a parasol. There is an outdoor shower and a barbeque. The pool is lit both internally and externally for night time dips. Private driveway and carport with ample parking for 2 cars. The gardens are landscaped with trees and shrubs. Fruit trees are there for your enjoyment if they have fruit on them.
Further details
With Loganvillas the air-conditioning is INCLUDED in our prices up to 200 units per week. Any additional electricity units used will be charged at 15p per unit which will be deducted from the deposit held but, to date, no-one has ever had to pay for additional units. A lot of Cypriot rentals charge extra at around 4.5 Euros per key, per day for air conditioning in addition to the rental price costing an extra 157.5 Euros per week. If there are more than 6 in your party we have another villa available, just across the road.

Mid term cleaning for bookings for 2 weeks or over is available. If required this is to be arranged and paid directly by the occupant to the Management Company in Cyprus.
The villa must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the departure day if someone else is hiring the villa immediately after. Otherwise a later departure may be requested.
