The beach house is standing alone in front of a bay surrounded by an area of natural beauty and commanding unobstructed panoramic sea and mountain views. If you are searching for privacy and peace of mind then we strongly feel that you won't be disappointed. Photographs of this villa do not do it justice! Standing in a sizeable plot of land at an area of natural beauty, this large house has the beach for a back yard. The property is spacious, fully furnished and boasts 4 bedrooms all with en suite facilities.
The villa has a direct access to the beach. Just walk 30 meters and you are there. Fishing lovers can almost throw their line in the sea from the edge of the garden. The sea here is deep and suitable for good swimmers.

The Paphos District
The climate in Cyprus is good all year round, with the best weather starting in April continuing through to November. Outside these months the weather is still good although there is more rain.
There are 3 main Golf Courses easily accessible by Car from Coral Bay area. The new Aphrodite Hills Golf Club, Tsada Golf Club and Secret Valley Golf club.
Skiing can be enjoyed from Jan-Mar every year at Troodos mountains and specifically Mount Olympus. A car with 4 wheel drive is essential to fully enjoy the journey which takes approx 1 and three quarter hours. The villages on the way to the Troodos can be enjoyed all the year round.
Paphos / Coral Bay area
Mini markets and restaurants in the area are open all year round. About 200 yards from the beach house there is a popular fish tavern (Karaolis) with nice sea views as well as a nice Cocktail bar. Furthermore, less than half a mile away there are a handful of additional bars/restaurants and a decent mini market. In the same area there are also 2 hotels that you could eat or drink at. There's also a bus service which runs every 15 minutes and the bus station is only 50 yards away.
We are very friendly with a nearby hotel and their management/owners have agreed that they are happy to offer their facilities to holidaymakers staying in my beach house. Facilities include Indoor Heated swimming pool, Tennis Court, Gym and Snooker Table room, as well as, internet access, coffee shop, snack bar and restaurant. The hotel is merely 5 minutes away on foot.
Coral Bay is only 3 mins drive away (bus service available - bus stop 200 yards from the house). Taxis are also available and the fares are fairly cheap. Coral Bay is one of the most popular beaches in Cyprus, with Blue Flag EU certification, complete with all facilities, water sports and snack bars. A wide selection of bars/restaurants also exists in the cosmopolitan area of Coral Bay.
Alternatively you could always visit Paphos Town and Harbour for that 'Mediterranean feeling' of eating alfresco in fish taverns by the sea. Only about 5 miles away, the area also has several shops, numerous restaurants and bars as well as sights to visit (archaeological sites like the rare Mosaics, the Medieval Castle on the Harbour, the small ancient Odeon at the foot of the modern day lighthouse, catacombs, as well as, aquarium, water park, go karts, paint ball etc.)

Further details indoors: Photographs of this villa do not do it justice! Standing in a sizeable plot of land at an area of natural beauty, this large house has the beach for a back yard. The villa offers excellent 4 bedroom accommodation on 2 floors. All bedrooms have en-suite facilities. There is a partly covered terrace, which leads from the living room and the dining room to the swimming pool, barbecue and the garden.
The garden surrounds the pool and overlooks the beach. Inside, the house is spacious, fully furnished and nicely decorated. The sea views from all the rooms in the house as well as all balconies, verandas and the roof garden are spectacular. All this and a very convenient location too as it is situated in an area near Kissonerga village and Coral Bay, and, only 20 minutes drive from Paphos town. Also note that there are no buildings near the house in half a mile radius and no construction is to take place within this radius either.
Further details outdoors: The villa benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. We have tried to make the beach house as safe as possible for children as a lot of our customer holidaymakers are families with young children.
Furthermore, the house is well fenced and away from the main road as the access to the beach house is through its own private 150 yard long drive. There are 5 feet tall fences on either side of the house vertical to the beach and a 4 feet high solid wood railing at the edge of the garden parallel to the sea, boxing in the garden and the swimming pool.
Access to the beach is available only through a gate on the side of the garden which can be securely closed. The garden is adjacent to the beach line but it is 3-4 yards above sea level. Once out of the garden, in about 50 yards distance yards the ground becomes level to the sea level.
With regards to the house itself, all staircases and verandas have railings. The steps leading from the veranda to the garden/pool are also blocked by a gate, which forms a continuation of the railings. So the covered veranda by the swimming pool is an ideal place for a safe playground.
In addition care has been taken with the choice of plants for the garden, i.e. there are no cactus plants or plants whose stink or juices cause swelling etc.
And finally you could enjoy spectacular sunsets and sea views from our observation deck.
