Villa Serenity sits in an elevated position just 10 mins stroll from the traditional Cypriot village of Kouklia and is perfectly located just 20 mins from Paphos centre,10 mins from Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills golf courses and 10 mins from the nearest beach at Mandria.

The villa has it's own private pool with spacious sun terraces at the front and a landscaped garden, BBQ & dining area at the rear. There are stunning views from both inside & outside. With one double and two twin bedrooms the villa is ideal for families. There is plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The Paphos District

For all bookings of 2 weeks or more linen is changed after 1 week. Normal check in times are 3pm and check out times are 11am, unless special arrangements are made in advance.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% (or £100 if higher) is required to secure your booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before departure. A security deposit of £100 must be paid with the balance and will be refunded within 2 weeks of completion of your holiday, less any cost of damages, breakages or loss of goods.
