This brand new villa is located in one of the most convenient locations within Coral Bay. The property is close to the Coral Bay strip which has numerous family oriented restaurants, as well as clubs, taverns, pubs and supermarkets. Three Mins drive either side of the villa will take you to Coral Bay's beaches for those warm summer days.
There are lovely views of the Peyia Hills from the double room and the balcony off the twin room as it faces the mountains and you can see the sea to the side. The villa has a wonderful open plan arrangement and is exquisitely furnished throughout with everything you could want to enjoy your holiday!

The Paphos District

Paphos / Coral Bay area
Paphos consists of two areas: the coastal resort area (Kato Paphos) and the town itself which lies slightly inland.
Paphos is a very popular tourist destination, and quite rightly so. Among its attractions are its ancient mosaic floors, its beautiful historic harbour, complete with its modern hotels and restaurants situated along the seaside promenade.Other sights include an archaeological museum, the Byzantine castle of Paphos, the Tombs of the Kings, St. Paul’s Pillar and the Temple of Aphrodite (the goddess of love and beauty).
The Coral Bay area is famous for its beautiful clean golden beaches. The area is surrounded by banana plantations which give a pleasant hint of the tropics. The Akamas is the westernmost point of the island and is an outstanding area of natural beauty with a stunning variety of flora, fauna and wildlife.
Popular holiday activities from the Pafos and Coral Bay area include Jeep safaris into the hinterland; diving; walking/trekking; cycling excursions; sailing and playing golf in one of the outstanding golf clubs of the area.

Further details indoors: Upstairs 3 spacious bedrooms, the main double room features a large en suite bathroom and offers some lovely views of the Peyia Hills. The twin room also has a very large balcony facing towards the mountains, to the side the sea can be seen.
Downstairs Beautiful open plan arrangement with the kitchen opening out into both the dining room and lounge. Exquisite furniture throughout complete with TV and satellite as well as DVD and X Box Game console in the villa for your use (games not provided) . The kitchen is fully kitted with all modcons.
Further details outdoors: Outside Access to the patio area is via either the lounge or the dining room which both have large sliding doors giving the house a well lit mediterranean feel. The porch leads down to the swimming pool and private garden.
