The villa comprises a large air-conditioned living/dining room with lounge seating for 6 and a dining table and 6 chairs. This area leads onto a pool terrace that is furnished with a table and chairs.
The separate fitted kitchen is equipped with washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, hob/oven, toaster and kettle.
There are three air-conditioned bedrooms (a double and two twins) with fitted wardrobes. The first bedroom is a twin and situated on the ground floor. The main bedroom has a balcony that is furnished with a table and chairs. This bedroom also has an en suite bathroom. The third bedroom is a twin and also has a balcony and en suite shower room.
There is also a shower room and WC downstairs.
The villa has private parking.
A patio area that is furnished with sun beds and an umbrella surrounds the private swimming pool.
