Home description

Spacious villa with lovely mountain and sea views.Luxury fittings and spacious bedrooms provide allthat is needed for a great family holiday.

There is a large terrace surrouding the pool area, furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas. A covered pagoda with table and chairs, a stone built BBQ and traditional keftico oven as well as bar area with fridge and sink to complete all that is needed for alfresco dining.

The Paphos District

Cyprus, the birthplace of Aphrodite, is reknowned for its areas of natural beauty. It has wonderful sandy beaches, rugged coastlines and forest clad mountains and hills.
The popular resort of Coral Bay provides all the facilities for a holiday in the sun. Its centre is lined with shops, bars and restaurants offering a choice of Cypriot and international cuisine.The wonderful sandy beach nearby provides shallow waters for bathing and a variety of watersports.


Paphos / Coral Bay area

The town of Paphos is approx 12km away. Here the historical sites can be visited and a larger selection of shops can be found. A livlier nightlife is to be found in the port of Paphos.
There are several golf courses nearby and the area is well known for its PADI diving schools.


How to get there

Paphos International Airport is closest (approx 40 mins). There are plenty of taxis and car rental firms here.
Larnaca Airport is about an hour and a half away but there is a motorway linking the airport to Paphos.

Entry from road level leads into the open plan living area, with a modern, well equipped, Italian kitchen and spacious dining area. From this area patio doors take you through onto a large furnished balcony with sea and mountain views. Leading off from the living area is the master bedroom which also has patio doors onto the balcony. This bedroom has an en suite shower room. The second double bedroom and twin room have both sea and mountain views, these share use of a family batroom with corner bath and separate shower cubicle.
Downstairs is another large twin bedroom with full en suite bathroom. A spacious lounge with ample furniture is also on this level. There is a 42''plasma TV/DVD (satelite TV limited channels) and a stone fireplace for use on those cooler winter evenings.
Both of these rooms have patio doors leading out onto the pool terrace.
There is a fully equipped utility room complete with washing machine, tumble dryer and further fridge/freezer as well as tea/coffee making facilities. There is also a safe.

Further details outdoors:
A large terrace surrounds the 10x5 metre pool, furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas.There is a shower by the pool and a WC leading off the terrace. Steps(gated) lead down by the pool to a further garden area,which is laid to grass. This overlooks the ravine, vines and sea beyond.

Welcome pack is provided on arrival. Airconditioning is available at an extra charge of CYP£10 per day, payable locally, or £12 prior to departure.


Conditions

Deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking. This in non-refundable. The balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to departure, together with a £50 refundable key and breakages deposit. Breakages should be replaced wherever possible, or paid for on return.
Insurance-you are advised to make your own insurance arrangements and note that booking deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Please note- smoking is not permitted inside the villa.
