This private villa with private swiming pool and gardens. The villa is furnished and equipped to a very high standard with your comfort in mind. Split air conditioning/ heating is standard throughout the property. All bedrooms are decorated to thier individual themes and overlook the swimming pool all with plenty of wardrobe space. The master bedroom has it's own en-suite facility with shower, you also have a family bathroom with bath and shower. Downstairs there is a bedroom and separate shower room.

The Paphos District
Cyprus is renowned for its nearly all year round sunshine, you can step back in time and visit the Amphitheatre at Kourion and wonder at the artifacts on display, remember to take your camera with you, you also have the fantastic mosaics there together with The House of Eustolios.
Use your 4X4 to explore the Troodos Mountains or the nearby Akamas Penninsula, take in the scenery and aromas of Cedar Valley, fantastic! Remember to make sure you have a full tank of petrol before you set out though as petrol stations are few and far between. Don't forget that camera and water!
Paphos / Tala area
Tala square has a couple of traditional tavernas, a restaurant serving internatonal food, two friendly bars and two small supermarkets for every day needs. Larger supermarkets where you can get everthing you might need are only a ten minutes drive. Within a ten minute drive you will find further restaurants including traditional Cypriot as well as Italian. Paphos, only fifteen minutes away has a wide range of shops, bars, restaurants, a lovely harbour area and a daily market. There are many banks and 24 hour ATMs in Paphos itself and several within a ten minute drive. Paphos is a Word Heritage site and will intetrest those who like to visit historical sites. Closer to the villa is the 12th century Neophytos monastry.
Golf - Tsada Golf course is a 10 minute drive. Sectret Valley and Aphrodite Hills are approximatley 30 minutes drive.
There is a short skiing season (Jan to March) in the Troodos mountains, approximately two hours scenic drive away.

Utility Room: this large storage area houses the washing machine, ironing board and iron. Please bring your own pool/beach towels.
Living Rooms:Open plan hall, lounge, dining room with two comfortable sofas, coffee and lamp tables, occasional furniture, satelite wide screen flat 32" tv, DVD player and a selection of books and DVDs. A white marble staircase leads to the first floor.
Other: Landing with desk and hi-fi system, access to a large bacony with sea views furnished with rattan sofa and chairs, coffee table with direct access from bedroom 1. You have sea views from all balconies.
Further details outdoors: There is an 8 x 4 private swimming pool with a spacious swimming pool terrace with sun loungers, parosols, pool side shower and sea views. There are two separate dining areas each with thier own table and chairs, one covered by a pergola. There is a further sun terrace with pergola. A gas BBQ is also provided.
The private gardens have been professionaly landscaped and are maintained on a regular basis and the pool being cleaned twice a week in high season. At night the area is lit by maby outside lights as is the pool.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is payable on booking, the balance to be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
Bookings within 8 weeks of the start of your holiday must be paid in full.
The cot and high chair are charged at £15 per week payable locally.
