Royal Paradise is a quiet cul de sac yet close to all amenities. A leisurely stroll (about 5 minutes) will take you to the sandy beach where there is safe swimming and plenty of water sports on offer for both adults and children. There is a small shopping complex within two minutes walk of the villas, where you will find a supermarket, several restaurants and a bar. The centre of Coral Bay is about 10 minutes walk and here you will find a good selection of shops, bars, restaurants, banks and internet access.
The villa is modern, spacious and well furnished. There is an open plan lounge and dining area and a fully fitted kitchen. Outside in the garden you can relax and enjoy the sunshine, go for a swim in your own private pool or cool off under the outside shower. How about having dinner at the built in barbeque watching the sun go down over the sea or enjoy a bottle of wine either under the leafy pergola or on the terrace?
All the bedrooms are en suite, with a double bedroom and one twin bedroom upstairs and the other twin bedroom on the ground floor.

The Paphos District
Cyprus has a Mediterranean climate with more than 330 days of sunshine each year. Temperatures range from 10° C (50° F) in January, which is the coldest month to 38° C (100° F) in August, which is the hottest month. The main rainfall occurs during December-March with little or no rain between June and September.
English is widely spoken
Driving is on the left, with signs in English.
Paphos is connected to major towns and the airports by motorways which are rarely busy.
Cypriots are very friendly and helpful.
There is plenty to see and do in Cyprus but the west of the island is the most beautiful as it has so many different things to see and do - from the unspoiled Akamas Peninsula and the Paphos Forest, to many beautiful beaches, and historical attractions, as well as being home to many of the Greek legends.
Paphos / Coral Bay area
The villa is located in a magnificent position of Coral Bay which is world renowned for its sandy beach and as a prime holiday location. The area has been developed to a high standard tourist destination and offers everything one might expect from such a high class holiday destination. There are plenty of bars, pubs, shops, and great restaurants nearby.
How to get there
You can fly to Paphos Airport which is about 35 minutes drive away. There are taxi drivers waiting there day and night who can take you direct to the villa or we can arrange airport transfers for you.

Public transport: There is a bus stop a few minutes walk from the villa. The regular bus service runs through Coral Bay resort and on to Paphos Market, Harbour, Waterpark and tourist area.
