Home description
Our bright apartment is situated in a private gated complex with 2 swimming pools, one for children and another for adults. We provide sunbeds, a small table and an umbrella for the sole use of our apartment guests by the pool. The pool area has toilets, changing rooms and showers.
The apartment has a lounge with open plan kitchen and dining area. There is a bedroom with double bed and an abundance of wardrobes. A z-bed or cot can also be provided on request.
The balcony which can be accessed from the lounge or bedroom has an open outlook and faces a green garden area with the sea in the distance. It is a relaxing place to sit and enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening.
The bathroom has a large walk-in shower.
There are air-conditioning units in the lounge and bedroom which double as heaters in the winter.
The apartment is like a home from home. We like to spend as many holidays as we can in Paphos and have furnished and equipped it fully with everything you will need to enjoy your holiday.
A local couple look after our apartment and you will be given their phone number as a contact while you are there.
The apartment has its own covered parking space if you wish to hire a car to explore more of Cyprus.
There is a very nice taverna which serves lovely food and small supermarket just outside the complex. The taverna serves meals all day, from breakfast to dinner and also provides a carry-out service.
The harbour area is about 10 - 15 minutes stroll away with its abundance of tavernas and bars. There is something for everyone from quiet tavernas with beautiful views over the harbour, to Bar Street with its lively nightlife. There is always entertainment available from quizzes, bingo and karaoke to live music from local singers and bands, depending on your own preference.

The Paphos District
We have always found the weather in Paphos to be wonderful. In the summer it is hot all day, with evenings warm enough to sit out without even thinking about needing to take a cardie with you. In the spring and autumn it is still very warm during the day and the evenings cool down a little. In the winter you can still find many glorious days of sunshine, warm enough to sunbathe and still pleasant enough to stroll round Paphos with its multitude of historical sites, shops, bars and tavernas.

There are many interesting archaeological sites in and around Paphos.
Paphos has a beer festival in July, held beside the old Fort at the harbour with lots of live music acts.
How to get there
Fly to Paphos Airport, our apartment is about 20 minutes from the airport and transfers can be arranged on request. Transfer is no more than cy£15 each way.

We had a really fantastic holiday over Christmas. My wife and I are keen ballroom dancers and the apartment wasnt too far from any of the venues. The apartment itself was by far the best we have ever rented in Cyprus (and believe me we have rented a good few). The apartment really was a home from home, Extremely well equipped and in a quiet location. We would not hesitate to rent this apartment again.
This was our first time in Cyprus (June 07).It was fantastic, from the minute we stepped off the plane our taxi was waiting and a short 20 min transfer later we arrived at the apartment, where do i start it was fab a home from home, everything you needed and more down to the sunbeds,parasol and your very own private parking space if you hire a car.The apartment is in a quiet location but has a small supermarket and bar/restaurant on it's doorstep, a 10/15min walk will take you to lots of shops,restaurants and the harbour area. I would recommend it to anyone.We have booked to go back next year (can't wait).
