We are located in the peaceful development of Vikla Village 10 minutes drive from the centre of Kato Paphos and the harbour, where you will find many restaurants and bars including international cuisine for all tastes and budgets, and 3 minutes from Tsada championship golf course,it is also a 25 minute drive from Paphos International Airport, 90 minutes from Larnaka International Airport,. The apartments are arranged in 2 storey buildings around a stunning pool and sunbathing area where there is a Clubhouse that serves drinks as well as bar snacks. From here you will also be able to order taxis and the friendly onsite management will be on hand to offer information and advice. As well as the championship golf course the small traditional village of Tsada contains a couple of traditional tavernas that can be walked to in about 5 minutes. To give an idea for the quality of the development it won the "5 Star Bentley International Homes award for Best Cypriot Development in 2006".

The Paphos District
The tourist area of Kato Paphos is a 10-minute easy drive from the apartment. Here you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and discos that cater for all tastes and budgets. The harbour is also in this area and is lined with fish restaurants and coffee shops. The famous mosaics and other places of historical significance are also around this area. Renowned worldwide as the legendary birthplace of the Goddess Aphrodite, the Paphos region is coloured by history - sites of both cultural and major historical interest make it part of UNESCO's World Heritage programme of cultural and natural treasures. So legendary is the history of Paphos, so full of major historical sights, such as the Tomb of the Kings, Aphrodite’s Birthplace, the pillar of St Paul, the Byzantine museum housing some of the oldest recorded Icons, that UNESCO simply added the whole town to its World Cultural Heritage List
Paphos / Tsada area
Paphos and the surrounding area has something for everyone. You can enjoy relaxing days on the beaches, visit the Akamas Peninsular for walks amongst the wild life, visit the old villages or go skiing (winter only) in the Troodos Mountains. There are three championship golf courses within 30 minutes drive of the apartment, closest being Tsada, which has recently (2006) undergone a £4 million upgrade. There are many places of local interest from the Mosaics by the Harbour, the Tombs of the Kings, the Falls of the Adonis, the Baths of Aphrodite and Aphrodites Rock to name a few. Paphos is a year round resort, so no matter what time of year you go, it will be open. Cyprus also enjoys the label of being the EU's warmest country with over 340 days of sunshine per year. In the summer months this location enjoys less humidity than the town due to its elevated position.

The living area is tastefully furnished with two comfortable leather sofas. There is a television and DVD player as well as satellite TV family package to keep you up to date with events in the UK. The bedroom contains a king size bed and is well equipped with linen and towels (excluding beach towels) which are included in the rental price. Additional sleeping accommodation is available with two high quality single fold out beds with linen provided. The property has the benefit of heating and air-conditioning. Units are provided in the bedroom as well as the living area. Fly screens are on all windows as well as shutters. There is also an allocated private parking space with lock up storeroom.
Further details outdoors: The apartment benefits from a large balcony. From here you have unobstructed views of the whole Paphos coastline which is just as stunning by night with the twinkling lights of the town, as it is by day. Patio furniture is provided including a table and 4 chairs and 2 sun beds with a parasol. The property has use of the shared infinity pool which overlooks the coastline and is a beautiful place to sit and soak up the sun. There is also a Club House adjacent to the pool that serves drinks and bar snacks, staff are also on hand to offer advice or help with arranging taxis etc.
