Our claim is that Olive Tree Court is, quite simply, the best small development for miles around. English-backed, traditionally designed, it is greatly admired for its architectural flair. Without boasting, we can say that our apartment in OTC is in the most favoured position, overlooking hills and with a delightful small garden. All on one level, it it suitable for young or old. There are many extras: high pressure shower, air conditioning, fly screens. JUST INSTALLED: SATELLITE TV and radio. Also DVD player. Wi-Fi available from JJ's bar in Peyia (above Sophie's restaurant).
Its situation provides the ideal location for a beach holiday - whether to simply swim and laze or to participate in the ample variety of water sports, from banana boats to jet skis to sailing and diving courses at Coral Bay or Latchi. There is much of cultural interest too.
The nearby Akamas peninsular is a magical nature reserve where no development is permitted. This region is particularly popular with hikers, cyclists, ornithologists, botanists and divers. In spring, experience a sea of wild flowers and almond trees in blossom.
There are ample shops, restaurants and banks in Peyia village, Coral Bay and close to the apartment. For a day in town, turn left at the Coral Bay junction, and you will shortly be in Paphos, with its beautiful harbour, modern shops, restaurants, museums and fabulous mosaics.
No need to travel far if you don't want to. This location provides plenty to entertain all ages: a gently sloping Blue Flag beach with watersports; go-karting, the aquarium, water park, reptile park and bird park. World class golf is within easy reach.
Tour operators and taxis operate from Coral Bay and visits to the Troodos mountains or other resorts can be organised.

The Paphos District

Paphos / Coral Bay area
Coral Bay: beach and watersports - only 5mns drive. The apartment is in one of the best locations in Peyia: quiet, residential, yet with good restaurant, mini-supermarket, bakers (scrumptious cakes!), newsagents and fitness centre literally a few metres away. Taxis and buses available from Coral Bay. In the Paphos area you can enjoy: CULTURE: The Roman mosaics. Tomb of the Kings. The Folk, Byzantine and Ethnological Museums. Temple of Kourion and Kikkos Monastery can both be reached in a morning. SPORT: THREE INTERNATIONAL STANDARD GOLF COURSES swimming, jet bikes, scuba, saiing, horse riding, fishing, winter skiing, flying lessons, go-karting NATURE TAMED: Bird and Animal Park, Reptile park and Aquarium. NATURE UNTAMED: hike, cycle, enjoy wild flowers, birds and panoramic views from the Akamas Peninsular (see Aphrodite's Rock and Baths). and in the Troodos Mountains. GENERAL INTEREST: The central market; The Harbour; Gerisikopou church, Folk Museum and Cypriot Delight factory EAT traditional food at Nata Village (great Sunday lunches - book first), in Peyia village, around the harbour in Paphos or at the central market. TOUR places of interest. Sea and island trips can be arranged from the harbour or at Coral Bay or in Paphos itself. These include trips to the Greek Islands and Egypt
How to get there
*Charter airlines fly all year round to Paphos and Larnaca. Suggestion: www.charterflights.co.uk. *Taxis and buses are available but car hire is strongly recommended. *The journey from Paphos airport to the apartment takes 20-30 mns. depending on whether you take the new road or the scenic coast road. *For a stress free start to your holiday we can arrange for you to be collected at the airport by our resident couple and taken to the apartment. Your hired car can be delivered directly to Olive Tree Court.

Further details indoors: Our well planned apartment is generously proportioned and finished to a high standard throughout. We believe it is the best situated on this small, intimate complex, being quietly positioned, yet only a stone's throw from the pool. Enjoy the hill views, and floral garden whilst you relax in the shade of the stone-arched verandah, after a busy day on the beach.
This is a luxuriously furnished 'home-from-home', as befits its use as our second home and also to do justice to the care which has been lavished on it by the developer. The specially imported furniture includes: kingsize bed with double mattresses, sumptuous leather settees, 'Cargo' dining table+chairs, chests of drawers, flat screen TV with ENGLISH TV programmes, DVD/CD and MP3 player. In the second bedroom there is a pair of 3ft beds, with memory foam mattresses. There is artwork and mirrors. The bathroom has both bath and shower and a marble topped vanity unit. The spacious kitchen, with granite worktops, Italian units, built in cooker/hob and Bosch appliances, is separate from the living area and supplied with ample saucepans, casserole dishes, crockery and cutlery. Bedlinen and towels (but not beach towels) are provided. Air conditioning/heating and fly screens add to the supreme comfort. Flooring is non-slip throughout. Cot, highchair and Welcome Pack to order. Sorry, no pets.
Further details outdoors: Peyia village supports just about everything you need for day-to-day living, whilst Coral Bay offers a sandy beach, ideal for families, and a wide range of watersports, as well as shops, bars and restaurants. Horse riding and go-karting are also available locally. Transport includes local buses and taxis. A wide range of tours, on land and sea, is also bookable.
Slightly further afield, Paphos is a lively, historic town with a beautiful harbour, whilst the Akamas Peninsular offers nature at its best and is a great attraction for hikers, ornithologists and botanists. Tsada, Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills golf courses are easily accessed. Book your round early, as year-round sunshine lends popularity to these championship courses.

Full amount thereafter). A refundable damages deposit is payable with balance. Our resident couple operate a 'meet and greet' service and will show you into the property and explain how things work. They also operate airport pickups and can answer all your questions.
