In a fantastic location in Kato Paphos, Marinas Gardens has a Mediterranean feel with its blue and white villas and apartments. Our light, spacious first floor apartment overlooks the pool and the large corner balcony is the perfect place for eating, drinking, reading and relaxing. The apartment has air conditioning/heating, fans and blinds and is equipped with Hotbird Satellite TV, DVD and I Pod speakers. The quality furnishings are modern, worktops are granite and the bathroom is stylishly fitted out. The apartment is an oasis of calm and yet only a short walk (10-15mins) to the bustling bars and restaurants and to Paphos seafront with its charming harbour and beaches. Ideal base for couples and small families. Welcome packs are provided and we can arrange taxi transfers from the airport (only 15 min journey) We use the apartment for our own holidays so we hope we have thought of everything to make your holiday enjoyable.

The Paphos District

The island has a fascinating cultural heritage with many historical and archaeological treasures; UNESCO includes Paphos in its world cultural heritage list. Cyprus is also reputedly the birhtplace of Aphrodite, the Goddess of Love and Beauty. The island enjoys short mild winters and long, warm summers with an average of 340 days sunshine a year. The countryside has fertile plains citrus plantations, rocky coves, sandy beaches and clear waters.

Paphos area

Paphos is vibrant and pretty and has retained much of the traditional Cypriot charm and character. Sunbathe on the beach or visit the market in the old town and and have a drink at one of the bars and cafes with their stunning views of the harbour and coastline. Down in busy Kato Paphos you will find restaurants, bars and shops and, of course the lovely harbour. In the area there are several golf courses and plenty of opportunities for watersports including parascending and water skiing. If culture is more appealing then visit the famous Tombs of the Kings, underground tombs dating from the 4th century BC or the amazing mosiac floors in the area just behind the harbour.

-Our apartment is just a 15 min drive from Paphos airport
-There are both scheduled and charter flights to Paphos with Xcel, Cyprus Airways, Easyjet and with operators including Airtours, Thomson and First Choice. .
-We can arrange for you to be met at the airport and taken to the apartment
-Car hire available from airport.
- Local taxis available.

SATELLITE TV is provided along with some DVDs, CDs and books for your enjoyment The bathroom is beautifully fitted out and has an overbath shower. The bedroom accommodates two in single beds and there is sofa bed which sleeps one adult or two young children in the lounge area. A welcome pack is provided for your arrival and we also provide beach towels, picnic plates etc.There is a designated parking space if you choose to hire a car.
