After years of being disappointed with the quality of accommodation on package deals and self-catering holidays, we have created in Diana 44 somewhere that we, ourselves, feel proud to call our holiday home. Diana 44 is furnished and equipped to a high standard by ourselves, for ourselves (see section below) but we want you to share in that experience too and in that way relax, knowing that every detail has been taken care of.
The apartment has everything we wanted ourselves - a huge swimming pool set in beautiful gardens with a bridge over to appeal to the children, a balcony just begging to be enjoyed where mums and dads can sit and watch their children playing in the gardens below - lots of space, an abundance of light and every creature comfort (bar television which I'm afraid we want to get away from on holiday) - bedrooms with enough wardrobe space to actually put away your clothes - a bathroom that you feel like using with enough storage for all your toiletries - comfortable sunbeds - far enough away from the hustle and bustle to relax and chill out - close enough to everything to be able to walk. Diana 44 is an ideal base for exploring the most wonderful island of Cyprus; we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

The Paphos District
Southern Cyprus is arguably the most beautiful island in the Mediterranean with the most friendly and welcoming people and the most relaxed pace of life. There is year-round sunshine, a sparkling blue sea, lush scenery and wildlife courtesy of the Troodos mountains, a spectacular history and culture and wonderful cities and towns to explore.
Paphos area
The whole area of Paphos has been added by UNESCO to its World Cultural Heritage List as there is so much to see and explore - the Tombs of the Kings, the Mosaics, the Odeon, Aphrodites' Baths, Petra tou Romiou and more. There are numerous museums and galleries to visit.
There is so much to see and do in Paphos and in Cyprus in general it is difficult to list here but definitely try quad bike safaris, donkey trekking, the bird park, the water park, jet skiing, paragliding, banana boats, glass bottom boat rides, sea fishing trips, shopping trips, Troodos mountain range, the Akamas Peninsular, Coral Bay, Polis, eating out...
How to get there
* Fly to Paphos - Diana 44 is a 15-minute drive from the airport * Airport transfers can be arranged as well as help in searching for flights * Alternatively fly to Larnaca for even more choice - Diana 44 is around an hour and a half drive from the airport * Good schedule flights are available from British Airways, Excel Airways & Cyprus Airways * Good charter flights are available from Thomas Cook, Thomson Fly, First Choice, My Travel & Freedom Flights * Travel Republic, Charter Flights and Skyscanner are all good sites to search for the best flights * Car hire is available from numerous companies based at Paphos or Larnaca airports (details on request)

Further details indoors: All extras have been thought of and Diana 44 enjoys facilities such as granite worktops, contemporary rocking chairs and comfortable seating, mediterranean decor and furnishings, washing machine, microwave, ample storage facilities, luxury tiled bathroom, hairdryer, beach towels, picnicware, coolbag, books, games and buckets & spades.
Further details outdoors: Diana 44 has a huge balcony overlooking the swimming pool and gardens, which are planted with palms, flowering shrubs and olive trees and sprinkled with picnic benches, swings and seating. The balcony is furnished with table and chairs for six for enjoying al fresco dining and two sunloungers for relaxing (four extra loungers for use around the pool). The last of the suns rays can be soaked up on the balcony before the spectacular sunsets and at night the pool area is particularly beautifully lit.
Further details
We try to be as flexible as possible and like to allow guests to stay in the apartment right up until their flight time, where possible. How frustrating it is to be pushed out into the heat with hours to kill and nowhere to deposit luggage or shower!
Similarly, changeover days, as well as arrival and departure times are also flexible.
