Open Views is located on the outskirts of a quiet Cypriot village called Konia, the village has tavernas, hairdressers, kiosks, a mini market and a Greek orthodox church. The villa is in a small residential cul-de-sac with a mixed of English and Cypriot residents.
With uninterrupted views of the sea and Paphos from the rear and the roof garden while the front views are of the village and mountains above. This prestigious peaceful suburb of Paphos is situated 190m above sea level in the hillside.
The villa is 3km from the centre of Paphos and a 10 minute drive from a sandy beach, along with the quaint harbour and old fort. The harbour is in an area with an abundance of shops and restaurants along the peaceful waterfront.
On entering the villa through the front door you will find a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area. A double patio door leads out into the landscaped gardens and the patio and pool area. There is also a side door leading from the kitchen out onto the garden. Upstairs you will find 3 large bedrooms, to sleep 6. An en-suite to the master bedroom and a family shower room for the other 2 bedrooms. Further up the stairs leads to the roof garden.

The Paphos District
Pafos, situated on the south-west coast of Cyprus is capital of the district, and historically one of the most important centres on the island. Together with Palai-Paphos (modern Kouklia) they illustrate some of the most glorious moments of the island's history from the times of the Trojan Wars.
The Roman capital of Cyprus, Pafos was famous throughout antiquity, for two main reasons: its association with the cult of Aphrodite and the spread of Christianity. In fact, such was the role of Pafos and such is the importance of its ancient remains, that, in 1981, the sites of Palai-Paphos and Nea Pafos, were put on the World Cultural Heritage List of UNESCO.
Paphos / Konia area
Open Views is situated in Konia and has delightful views over the Paphos coastline and the coves and beaches. It is just five minutes from Paphos town, ten minutes from the quaint harbour and the adjacent archaeological park with its world-famous mosaics and, close-by, the renowned beaches of Coral Bay.
The location enjoys a good infrastructure, providing easy access to both the sea front in Kato Pafos as well as all local amenities and services in Pafos town via the dual carriage way. The 3 international standard 18-hole golf courses of Pafos, neighbouring towns such as Limassol and Larnaca, the magnificent Troodos mountain range and Akamas Peninsula National Park are all just a short leisure drive from here.
How to get there
You can fly to Paphos Airport which is 10 minutes by car or Larnaca which is 2 hours away. There are a number of airlines who fly to Cyprus:-

Further details indoors: Two air conditioning units are located in the living/dining room and one in each bedroom in the top floor. The units do have cooling as well as heating facilities. The property has a separate water pump which means that all showers are power showers.

A book has been compiled to help you get the best of your holiday with places to visit as well as local places to eat.
Further details outdoors: The villa has a wall and fence all around it so it is safe for young children with large patio area by the pool. It has a private drive that is currently not gated.
The pool is cleaned twice a week and maintained by a local firm who are English. Both Jan and Mike will tell you of many other places to visit known only to the "locals".

We have an english speaking lady who is available locally in case of problems or we are a phone call away if required. This villa is not for rental by all male or all female parties and we will not accept bookings from teenagers due to insurance cover.
We cannot accept bookings for less than a week. We do welcome families where the party is a maximum of six people.

Refundable breakages deposit of £250 required with final payment prior to departure, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
A deposit of £100 per week to secure booking is required.
