We have a beautiful appointed 2 bedroomed, newly built, house with a roof terrace and balcony all with panoramic views. The property was completed in June 05, it is tastefully furnished and immaculate throughout. It has full air conditioning with ceiling fans in the main bedroom, both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.The lounge and dining area are open plan leading to a well equipped kitchen includes hob and oven fridge freezer toaster sandwich maker, microwave, The lounge has patio doors leading to a fully tiled patio area with a table and chairs overlooking the swimming pool.
The property has a private roof terrace with sunlongers. This has a lovely view of the sea and the mountains in the background and overlooks the communal pool as well. The Paphos District
Southern Cyprus is known for its excellent climate - it boasts 300 days of sunshine, it has much to offer in places to visit. It is an Island of legends with ancient ruins, stone villages, beautiful beaches, just take a short car ride over Akamas to Latchi-Pollis, 2 lovely fishing villages then visit the lively tourist town of Paphos with it's excellent restaurants shops and ancient harbour.
Paphos / Coral Bay area
The house is situated in the pretty village of Peyia (Pegia) amenties include a great supermarket, a good selection of restaurants and tavernas all reasonably priced.
Activities available nearby include diving, golf, horse riding, swimming, walking, water skiing, Waterpark, golf courses and fishing - something for all the family!

How to get there
Fly to Paphos Airport, Peyia is approx 40 minutes from the airport,we can recommend a reliable car hire company www.onairportcarhire.co.uk, or a local taxis will cost about £20.cheap flights with cyprusairways,first choice. Local buses run regularly between Coral Bay and Paphos.

Further details outdoors: Irini Gardens is a small complex of approx 28 town houses on two levels with a communal pool and mature gardens with a separate showers, toilets and changing area, also has a good selection of pool side furnished. and ample parking.We have a private roof terrace for you to enjoy the views.
