Villa Aquamarine is a luxury detached three bedroom villa with private swimming pool located in a peaceful sea front location in Kissonerga just minutes away from central Paphos and Coral Bay beach.

Air conditioned through out and furnished to a very high standard this villa offers comfortable and flexible spacious self catering accommodation sleeping up to eight guests. The ground floor is open plan, bright and spacious with a comfortable living area, dining area and modern fully equipped kitchen with stainless Steel appliances. The living area has a modern corner sofa, satellite TV and DVD. The sofa quickly converts into a comfortable double bed suitable for adults and children.

Doors lead out onto the private sun terrace and swimming pool. The large sun terrace with patio furniture is ideal for outside dining and steps lead down to the large private swimming pool from which you can really appreciate the stunning panoramic sea views across Paphos.

There are two large bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor and the large master bedroom with stunning bathroom and corner bath is located on the second floor with large sun terrace.

The Paphos Town / Kissonerga area

Kissonerga is a pretty and traditional village located between the central tourist area of Paphos and Coral Bay.
The location of Villa Aquamarine is where Kissonerga comes down as far as the sea front and it has a good selection of supermarkets, restaurants and shops and is close to pretty coast road that runs between Paphos and Coral Bay.

The main village centre is located slightly inland and has a very traditional look and feel and the main high street of the village is lined with a good selection of grocery shops, convenience store kiosks, a pharmacy and a good choice of traditional tavernas all within walking distance. Kissonerga is ideally located for visitors who want to experience living in a traditional village but also want to be close to the busy evening entertainment offered by central Paphos and Coral Bay.
