A 5 minute walk will take you to over a dozen restaurants offering every type of international and local cuisine. Here you will also find supermarkets, internet cafe, bars, disco, car hire and banks. A further 5 minutes will bring you to a sandy blue flag beach, and there are many other beaches close by along this stretch of the Paphos coastline.

The master bedroom is spacious, has a double bed, oak furnishings and access to the covered balcony.
Bedroom 2 is a good size, has twin beds and oak furnishings.
The bathroom is fully tiled and includes bath, shower, wc and hand basin. A water pressure system has been installed on the roof to assist the power shower.
The fully fitted, spacious kitchen has ample workspace and storage, and includes fridge freezer, oven and hob, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster, CD player and iPod dock, plus a full compliment of utensils, tableware and equipment.
The dining area is furnished in oak and features a dining table and chairs seating 4, and a large unit with board games, books etc. The living room has an L-shaped leather sofa, 32 inch LCD TV with satellite (English channels) DVD player and several DVDs

All linen and towels including beach towels are provided. A local agent will be available 24 hours a day to deal with any queries and to ensure that you have a really enjoyable holiday. Mid stay clean and linen change available for stays of over 10 days.
The Royal Seacrest development features lifts to all floors, including the roof garden. The pool area has step free access and is all on one level.

This is a non smoking property and no pets are allowed.
The property is fully air-conditioned throughout and has a smoke alarm, there are full blinds to all windows. A safe has been installed for the safekeeping of valuables. Other features include; separate drinking water supply to the kitchen, dedicated parking space, gated community, children's playground, fully equipped gym. Close to all amenities, car not essential.
The Paphos region


The well located apartment is a short walk from the popular Tomb of the Kings road which features the World Heritage Tomb of the Kings archaeological site. The old town and market area of Paphos is a 15 minute walk and the harbour in Paphos with it's many attractions can be reached along a wide paved coastal path in approximately 25 minutes. Paphos itself is a World Heritage site with many historical and cultural places of interest.
Minthis Hills close to Tsada 6 miles. Plays to a par 71 and measures 5828 meters. Situated on the outskirts of Pafos, at an altitude of 550 meters above sea level means that this course is still pleasant to play in the height of summer.
Secret Valley Golf Course 12 miles. A highly prestigious golf course located by the renowned area of the birthplace of Aphrodite, the Goddess of Love. This is one of the most popular and preferred courses on the island and is set in a scenic wooded valley.
Aphrodite Hills 12 miles. An 18 hole standard championship golf course follows the scenic contours of 2 plateau's divided by a ravine.

A £100 non refundable reservation deposit is payable at time of booking to secure dates. Balance, plus a £100 refundable breakages/fair usage deposit is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. This deposit will be refunded within 10 days of departure (subject to satisfactory inspection and checks).
Cancellation policy: more than 8 weeks - loss of deposit. 4-8 weeks – 50% of rate refunded. 2-4 weeks – 25% of rate refunded. Less than 2 weeks – no refund.
