About the home

Villa Bellaire sleeps 6 and has a large private patio and shared pool & free air con. Situated on a private complex the property is in an excellent location close to all amenities.

The sandy beach is only 5 minutes stroll from the villa. The villa is also on the main bus route to Coral Bay, Paphos Old Town and the Harbour.

A comfortable 20 minute walk leads to the harbour and many shops. An ideal location from which to explore Paphos.

The villa is very spacious and has a large tranquil outside patio area which is ideal for relaxing and sunbathing.
The large communal pool is ideal for a light swim and to cool off from a relaxing sunbathing session.

The villa is equipped with satellite television with a wide range of English channels including drama, film and music, DVDs can also be viewed on the DVD player provided.

There is also a WC with hand basin on the ground floor.

The villa will be prepared with fresh linen and towels provided. Free linen change in the second week if a 14 night stay. Guest staying less than 14 nights can request linen change at time of booking of which there will be a charge.

Conditions

To secure your booking we require a deposit of £100 sterling. This is a non-refundable deposit so we advise holiday insurance at the time of booking. This deposit should be paid within 7 to 10 days. The balance is paid 12 weeks before departure together with a £ 200 sterling refundable breakage fee which is subject to satisfactory property inspection.Transport to/from the airport can be arranged.

The Paphos region

Travel
The villa is a 20 min drive from Paphos airport and 90 mins from Larnaca Airport. Car hire is not essential, there is a main bus route near to the villa plus a taxi rank at the nearby Avanti Hotel. There are 2 travel agents to book local trips around the Island within a 2 minute walk, which picks up at the hotel near to the villa. The local bus will take you to Paphos Old Town, Coral Bay, Tomb of The Kings, Paphos Market, and the Harbour. The water park is 5 mins drive away.

Distances
The Old Town of Paphos with its daily market is 10 mins drive away. The Harbour is about 20 mins walk away. The municipal beach is 5 mins walk. Nearest bar 1 min, restaurants 2 mins, kiosk 1 min, bank 2 mins and car hire is 1 min away.

The Paphos Town / Kato area

Coast/Beach
The municipal beach is a 5 min walk from the villa. There are sun loungers available to hire and there is a small snack bar plus toilets, and showers for a small charge. Coral Bay sandy beach can be reached by car and will take approximately fifteen minutes along the coastal road. There are loungers, umbrellas, available to hire, go early as it gets very busy in high season. There are snack bars, toilets, showers, and water sports at Coral Bay.

Golf
Paphos area is well catered for in the terms of golf. With 3 courses within about 30 mins drive to choose from, the golf buff is spoilt for choice. Aphrodite Hills Golf Course is par 70/71 and about 17km east of Paphos. Tsada Golf Club is about 30km away and par 72. Secret Valley Golf Cub is approx. 18km east of Paphos and par 72.

Skiing
In winter months there is good skiing in the nearby Troodos Mountains 1 hour's drive from the villa. Where else could you ski in the morning and then be sunning yourself on the beach in the afternoon. There is ski equipment rental via the Cyprus Ski Club at the Ski Shop, but get there early as they all go pretty fast. Also they sell equipment at reasonable prices. There are 4 slopes from beginner to advanced levels.

Special interest holidays
Water park and go-karting facilities within a 5 minute drive from the villa. Children's small amusement park within a 10 minute drive from the villa. 5 a side football pitches and crazy golf also close by, about 5 minutes drive from the villa.
