As the Villa is located only 5 minuites walk from the Tsada/Minthis Hills Golf Club this is a perfect location for a golfing holiday and still only 15 minuites away from Paphos beaches. The location also lends itself perfectly for a quiet and relaxing holiday for families.
The villa is cared for by a professional Property Management team who ensure that it is maintained to a high standard and are available for advice or to deal with any problems from initial enquiry to the return of your security deposit.

The villa has split air-conditioning and heating system thus making your stay comfortable whichever time of year you take your holiday break. It also has a working open fire shoudl you wish to use it - wood for burning can be made available for your arrival, charged at cost.
In the heat of the summer the property can enjoy a natural cooling breeze being 500m above sea level.

Villa Chelia is situated in an enviable position with one of the country's best golf courses in close proximity, Tsada/Minthis Hills, which is also the country's longest established course. The Villa enjoys breathtaking views of the greensward and it's surrounding countryside.
Landscaped garden includes 12m x 6m pool with deep end (8' ) and spa pool . with optional heating. Outdoor shower, lawned area 6 sun loungers, 2 umbrellas, pool toys. Outdoor table and chairs for 8 persons. Inflatable paddling pool.
Upstairs there is a large balcony leading from two of the bedrooms which overlooks the garden and down towards the sea and the mountains.

The weekly rental prices include the cost of air conditioning, Linen and towels, logs for the open fire charged at cost, cleaning and maintenance and a welcome pack upon arrival. For guests staying for 2 weeks or more, a mid stay clean and linen change is also included
Optional Items and services available for an extra cost such as Cots, High Chairs, Folding "Z" Beds, Taxi or Car hire, Mid week linen change, tours and outings.
Conditions
A refundable breakages deposit of £200 sterling is required, which is refunded subject to terms and conditions.

The Paphos region

The Paphos Town / Tsada area
Built on a hill with a panoramic view of Paphos overlooking the bay area of the city, Tsada Village is only 10 minutes away from the city centre, 15 minutes away from the beach and 20 minutes away from Paphos International Airport.
In Tsada Village there is a local supermarket for your daily shopping needs as well as traditional tavernas where you can enjoy International and Cypriot cuisine. Larger supermarkets are only a few minutes drive away.
The traditional character of the village combined with the genuine hospitality and friendliness of the local people make Tsada Village a great getaway for people who wish to experience luxury living in the countryside.
A 20 minute drive the other way takes you to the pictureque towns of Polis and Latchi where you can while away many an hour just watching the world go by in one of the infamous fish restaurants on the harbour. For the more energetic there are water sports or take a trip on one of the boats and take a swim in the crytal clear waters of the Med.
In addition to activities mentioned below there is donkey and horse riding, paintballing, hot air ballooning, boat and dingy hire available.
