Located on the second floor, this great apartment, is larger than most, and has views of the Mediterranean, pool and gardens below. Located just off the tomb of the Kings Road approx 2km from the harbour, opposite the Capital Coast Resort. A car is not necessarily essential as there are several restaurants, bars and a new LIDL supermarket all within about a ten minute walk. A bus stop is around a five minute walk and buses run every 20 minutes into the harbour area or the opposite way to Coral Bay. A great place to laze by one of the two pools, the covered balcony is appreciated in high season but lets the sun in during the Winter, Spring and Autumn.

The lounge is tastefully furnished with two settees and Bo Concept furniture. There is a glass table which comfortably seats 4 people and although not shown, a LCD TV.
the loaung and bedroom both have air-conditioning and ceiling fans.
In the fitted kitchen is a fan assisted electric oven, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle and a large fridge freezer which acts as a great larder/pantry for almost all your food and drink. A good stock of crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans is also provided.
The fully tiled bathroom has all that you would expect, full sized bath with shower curtain, wash hand basin, mirror and WC.
The lobby area between the bathroom and bedroom is fitted with ceiling high cupboards in which the washing machine is neatly hidden away. The space above gives added storage for the spare bedding & towels. An ironing board, and iron is provided should anyone feel the urge to do any domestic chores.
The bedroom is fitted with twin beds, air-conditioned and there are bedside tables and a generously sized fitted wardrobes. A small safe is available for guest’s valuables and travel documents. A ceiling fan/light provides an alternative to the air-conditioning.
Patio doors open from the bedroom and lounge onto a good size tiled balcony that overlooks the landscaped gardens, the pool area and the sea. A patio set and sun lounger is also provided

There is ample parking within the complex's ground and a lift is also provided to all floors.
Taxi fare from Paphos will cost around €25 although there are deals to be had on the Internet, just type in Paphos airport transfers. car hire can be from as little as £130per week during the mid season.
Welcome packs can be arranged and are chargeable at cost. Bedding and towels are cleaned & changed once a week. Beach towels are also provided.
The Paphos region
The complex is situated about 200m off the main road from Paphos to Coral Beach on the Tomb of the Kings Road about 200 yard past the Venus beach hotel and about opposite to the Capital Coast Resort Hotel. During Roman times, Paphos was the capital of Cyprus and around almost every corner lies a piece of history. Experience the Byzantine castle on the harbour or the mosaics at the House of Dionysos, that are literally a stone throw away and a couple of kilometres along the coast, towards Regina Gardens, are the burial chambers at the Tomb of the Kings.
Paphos is a Town on the south-west coast of Cyprus. The tourist area known as Kato Paphos centres around the small picturesque harbour. Open air cafes and restaurants line the quayside where you can enjoy a drink or meal and watch the world go by. The colourful fishing boats land their mornings catch just across from the 16th century venetian fortress. Fishing trips and sight seeing tours of the Troodos mountains and Akamas pennisular( nature reserve) are available for those wishing to venture further a field. The restaurants are plentiful and all tastes are catered for. The old town of Paphos or Ktima as the locals call it, is on a hill over looking the sea, the town is a maze of shops from local crafts to the more every day type , there is even a ‘Marks & Spencers’ for those missing home.
