The apartment benefits from hot and cold air conditioning. The comfortable lounge/dining area includes a sofa, a sofa bed, dining table and chairs, a TV,video and a portable CD/radio. The double and twin bedded rooms have fitted wardrobes, dressing table and bedside tables with bedside lamps. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is an iron/board and clothes airer for the balcony.
The superb location where the apartment is set has large attractive communal gardens with two swimming pools and paddling pools making it an all year round destination for enjoyment. The complex is set away from traffic yet in walking distance to cafes and shops.

Sliding glass patio doors lead to a private balcony with table and chairs to enable dining and relaxation overlooking the complex with sea views on the horizon. This makes for an amazing sunset each evening! There are two adult swimming pools and a kiddies pool set in large attractive communal gardens with a man made stream running through.
The Paphos region
Paphos, on the South West Coast of Southern Cyprus was the Birthplace of the Goddess Aphrodite and in Roman times the Capital of Cyprus. Nearby are archaeological sites, so rich in antiquities that UNESCO has included Paphos in its World Cultural Heritage list.
You can enjoy the endless coastline of rocky coves and sandy beaches, swim in the clear blue seas or walk through the fertile countryside. Sheltered from the North by the Troodos Mountains it is the healthiest year round climate in the Mediterranean. The well known Coral Bay with its glorius 600 metre crescent shaped sandy beach provides idyllic swimming and is just along the coast, a short drive away.
The Paphos Town area
The charming west coast town of Paphos focusses around an attractive harbour whose picturesque open-air fish restaurants line a quayside of bright fishing boats and pleasure craft.
Paphos area and the resort is graced with some luxury hotels along the coastline. The lower part of the town which is known as Kato Pafos, near to the sea has a life of its own. It is home of the harbour, the fish tavernas, souvenir shops and several beautiful hotels with important archaeological sites around them.
REGINA GARDENS is located on a privileged site in Paphos 550 meters from the sea and within walking distance of the shops and night-life. Paphos with its ancient castle is also lined with a variety of restaurants, bars and tavernas selling international cuisine.
Buses run regularly between Paphos and Coral Bay. Bus stops are sited on the Kings Road, just outside the complex. At present 1 Euro per trip will take you anywhere to include the town/port, the town market (which trades every day but Sunday and closes half day Wednesdays). In the opposite direction one may also take a bus ride to the beautiful Coral Bay. An all day ticket costs 2 Euro and one can board and exit the buses all day long taking you all over Paphos and Coral Bay stopping off wherever one chooses.
If not booked prior to the trip the best CAR HIRE deals can be had around town rather than at the airport. Prices vary at around £100 per week. Over 340 days of sunshine, safe and friendly complex, an abundance of tavernas and restaurants and a convenient bus route.
MAIN ATTRACTIONS include: Paphos Town and Port, Tomb of the Kings tourist area, many more historical attractions and a day trip to Troodos Mountains
ACTIVITIES AND ENTERTAINMENT include: boat trips and water sports, swimming pools on complex, countryside walks, excellent bands at local night spots.

Approximately 15 min taxi ride from Paphos International Airport. Secure taxi transfers can be arranged between £25 - £30 per trip. An international bus service also operates at 1 Euro per person per trip that runs between Coral Bay to Paphos Airport and has a bus stop at the entrance to Regina Gardens.

Through excellent communication with the owner Sheila i managed to book the apartment at the very last minute, let it be said, if you want quick speedy responses from a genuinely nice person then look no further!! If it wasn't for her help i doubt we would have ended up in Paphos! Sheila spent time with me on the phone detailing everything from taxi services to supermarket locations, an excellent owner and one i would truly recommend. The apartment itself is well represented by the provided photo's, spacious, clean and in an ideal location. We made most of our meals in the apartment throughout our stay, all of the provided equipment working fine. The beds were also very comfortable as was the large seated area in the lounge. The view from the private terrace is also outstanding at sunset and made each of our meals at night time really special. There are 2 beautiful large clean pools within literally a 30 second walk from your front door, sunbeds are available also. The complex as a whole is very clean throughout. It really is a lovely little complex. The complex is 5 minutes walk from a large Lidl supermarket and 2 minutes walk from a small shop (both reasonably priced but the supermarket is better for a big shop). The nearest bus stop is also minutes walk away which will take you to Paphos harbour or in the opposite direction to the lovely beaches. Basically, nothing is too far away. An ice cream van even visits the pool just after lunch every day!! There is also ALOT of restaurants and bars 10 minutes walk away from the complex. There is truly nothing we disliked about our time at the apartment and in Paphos generally, we did not want to leave at all at the end of the week. We plan to go back for sure next year, and within 24 hours friends and family are interested on coming to Paphos. Thank you very much Sheila, we had a blast. Ryan, Katie, Dave & Leah x |

We ask for a £100 refundable security deposit for any damages. A deposit of 25% of the full rental required at time of booking is non refundable. Balance is payable 8 weeks prior to let. Full payment at time of booking required for reservations made within 8 weeks of let. Lettings are from 4pm on the first day to 12 noon on the last day.
