This lovely 2 bedroom spacious apartment with great location offers you accommodation for up to six people, to high standard and free internet included!

Sandwiched in between Paphos Old Town and the harbour, just a walk away from the famous Bar Street, restaurants and other amenities, yet secluded and quiet. Wonderful interior design, big terrace off the lounge and bedroom, private pool area and 10 min walk to the beautiful sandy beaches. AC and fans in all rooms.

The swimming pool area offer a place to sunbathe and relax with ample sunbeds and umbrellas provided.

Living area is open plan to the kitchen and dining area, incorporating two comfy bed-sofas which will accommodate 6 people and flat screen television with SkyTv. The living room opens out to a generous balcony with siting outside.

The kitchen is finished in a modern dark wood and completed with stylish luxury German appliances from Miele.Cooking and washing facilities are available in the apartment. A range of kitchenware is provided for you as well.

Master bedroom benefits from a Queen-size bed, an en-suite bath room and plenty of wardrobes.

Second bedroom offers 2 single beds, terrace and plenty of wardrobes here as well.

Additional sleeping place are 2 bed sofas in the living room.

En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 and second bathroom with shower.

Pool: The pool area is just in front of the building, with sunbeds and sun umbrellas. We have provided bath towels for your use.

Parking: We have a private undercover parking space included for you. There is additional parking on the road area outside the apartment block.

Local bus stop is 5 min walk for the apartment. With 30 new busses it really is a fantastic service, covering coral bay, waterpark, paphos and locally.

What to do in Paphos?

Paphos truly is a year round holiday resort with blue sky and sunshine for more days of the year than most places in Europe.

This unique city is on the UNESCO List of World Cultural Heritage. The Tombs of the Kings is one of the attractions to see and many other historical sites as well as the old town with its interesting buildings and market.

You will find many bars and restaurants in Paphos and surrounding coastal areas, ranging from traditional Greek tavernas to smart new bars and cafés. The historic harbour area is worth visiting for it's ambience, the cafés and bars and a chance to see the Venetian fort and nearby Mosaics.

You can enjoy spa treatments or golf, or take a diving course. Pleasure for both kids and grown-ups is the famous Aphrodite Water Park, the biggest family rafting ride in Europe!

When it comes to exploring nature, Sea Caves and Akamas reserve are well worth a visit and the Troodos Mountains are spectacular to drive through at the peak of Mount Olympus. Why not take a car and drive around on the island, explore small villages and find those hidden gems.

Paphos Town

Paphos town centre and the old town 20 min walking distance (shopping, cosy restaurants and beach walks). If by bus - 10 min walk to bus stop then buses every 10 min, 5 min bus ride.

Sandy beaches - 10 minutes walk.

Coral Bay Blue Flag sandy Beach 15 minutes car drive.

Note: Good bus system – in the last 18 months they have invested in 30 new buses and it really is a fantastic service, covering Coral Bay, Waterpark, Paphos and locally. Really no need for car.

Local bars + Restaurants (Bar street – the Hub for eating and drinking in Paphos) – 10-15 min walk.

Local Shops (3x convenience store – sell pretty much everything) – 5 min walk.

Harbour – 15-20 min walk.

Water park – 10 mins car or 15 min bus.

Shopping Center/ Pollis Road – 15-20 min walk.

"lovely modern apartment in great location"

this lovely modern apartment is very tastefully decorated with top quality bed linen,towels etc.It is well equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay.It is suitable for all as there is a lift and it is in a good location in universal with supermarkets near by and about 10-15 minute walk to both the main harbour/town and also to the old town which is in the opposite direction.The couple who look after the aprtment,john and linda were absolutely fantastic and nothing was too much bother for them,they made sure we had a great holiday.Guy and Ella who own the apartment were also great and again nothing was too much for them as they got us this aprtment at short notice and plenty of communication from them through both e-mail and phone.I would definetely stay at this apartment again.
