Villa kona is a luxurious new villa furnished to a high standard, it is light airy and contemporary with a 8m x 4m private pool. The villa enjoys day-long sunshine, but for those preferring shade, the covered terrace is the perfect place to relax or dine whilst enjoying views of the countryside and pool,
all three bedrooms are doubleheight with dual air conditioning and heating units, two of the bedrooms have balconies with table and chairs enabling guests to enjoy the tranquil and distant sea-views

Visitors enjoy the best of both worlds: a quiet, peaceful location within easy reach of all amenities: 10 MINS from Paphos airport, 10 mins to Paphos centre , 15 - 30 minutes to golf courses, traditional Cypriot villages with excellent restaurants are also just a few minutes drive away. whether it's golfing, walking, cycling, shopping, touring, eating and drinking or just sunbathing by the pool, Villa Kona is the perfect place to relax. suitable for friends and families.

Upstairs there are two twin rooms 1 with en suite . 1 large master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and en suite.All rooms have fitted wardrobes. There is also 1 bathroom. There are 2 balconies overlooking the pool area with sea views, fully air conditioned thoughtout . Also fly screens fitted to all windows and doors.

a 20% non-refundable deposit is required for reservations.

BALANCE;
the balance is due 40 days before the holiday commences.

REFUNDABLE BREAKAGES DEPOSIT;
refundable breakages deposit of £150 is required on booking to be refunded within two weeks of your departure ( subject to satisfactory property inspection ).

The Paphos region

A former British crown colony, Cyprus is an island of history and legends, which has lots of interesting places to visit, such as tomb of the kings or the ancient harbour and fort , now lined with picturesque fish tavernas and cafes. Others may prefer Paphos's more contemporary attractions of excellent shopping facilities and vibrant nightlife,
Paphos has year-round sunshine . Max daily temperature in August is about 30 degrees, and 19 in December, with many months having little or no rainfall.

The Paphos Town / Ayia Marinouda area

Ayia marinouda is a small village with church and taverna , a few mins drive away is Geriskipou where there are shops banks, tavernas, petrol station,coffee shops, this is a traditional Cypriot village where you will enjoy meeting the locals , who will love to talk to you .
There is also a beach not far away.

“Fantastic” We stayed at Villa Kona for 1 week in Aug 2011, the villa is clean, spacious and has everything you need to have an enjoyable week in cyprus. The pool was lovely and there is sun all day long. The kids loved it and want to go back as soon as possible. Supermarket, bar and restaurants are less than 5 mins in car. The airport is 10 minutes from the villa. Really enjoyable break and we will definately be returning.
