One of two neighbouring luxury holiday apartments in Paphos, only 1 Km from the Nick Faldo designed golf course on the Ele'a Estate
New 1 bedroom garden apartment located just 1 minute from the communal swimming pool and children's pool complete with sun loungers and parasols.

The apartment is located on the exclusive and most sought after Aphrodites Springs complex which is just a few minutes walk from the charismatic Village Square of Geroskipou with its supermarket, shops, banks and tavernas.

Geroskipou is one of the few remaining local villages in Cyprus to still produce hand made baskets and also where you can see how the beautiful Cyprus Delights sweets are made.

A blue flag awarded beach is only 20 minutes walk away or around a 4 minute drive through farmland; passing horse riding, the water park, mini golf and go kart track on the way. There are also 4 golf courses within easy reach.

The old town of Paphos offers many attractions such as its World Heritage Historic Sites and
With its shops and restaurants, Paphos Harbour are all within 10 to 15 minutes by car. If you don't want to hire a car, taxis are reasonably priced and there is a bus stop 50 yds from the complex

The design of the apartment boasts a spacious kitchen, dining area and large lounge which opens on the a private garden terrace through sliding patio doors.

The kitchen is fully equipped with the latest appliance technology and granite work surfaces all round make for a prestige feel giving you that home from home feel from the moment you walk in to the apartment.

The spacious lounge / diner has a dark wooden dining table with 4 upholstered chairs, 1 corner sofa which seats 4 people comfortably, a coffee table, flat screen TV, satellite TV, DVD player.

The bedroom has 2 single beds with fitted wardrobes. The bathroom is fully tiled with basin in marble topped vanity unit, shaving point , mirror, bath, shower and wc.

There is a paved terrace with sun loungers and patio dining table with 4 chairs.

The large communal swimming pool assures freedom to swim or sun bathe without crowding. Sun loungers and parasols are provided, and there is a shallow children's pool.

Changeover days are flexible.

You may take occupancy from 3:00pm on day of arrival and vacate by 11:00am on day of departure. This may be flexible by prior arrangement if there are no other arrivals or departures on the same day.
Air conditioning is included and welcome pack provided on arrival.
Airport transfers by taxi can be arranged.
Pets are not allowed.

Conditions

£100 non-refundable deposit required to confirm booking. Balance payable 6 weeks before the start of your stay together with £100 or £200 for long term lets, refundable bond for breakages. This will be returned 14 days after holiday when we have confirmed that no deductions are necessary

Geroskipou is a traditional Cypriot village on the outskirts of Paphos. Its claim to fame is that it is the home of Cyprus delight. There is an old church, and all the usual village shops, coffee bars, taverns and amenities.

Geroskipou's sandy blue flagged beach has safe swimming behind a breakwater, a tavern and lots of shaded free parking.

“If your after a peaceful relaxing holiday this is the place to go!” My partner and I stayed in this beautiful well presented apartment mid September. The weather was still scorching between 28-30 degrees everyday. The pool is a very good size and 80% of the time we had it to ourselves. The locals are very friendly although there are not many places to eat in the small square and although taxis into paphos are cheap enough I think we would hire a car next time to get around. But overall we loved every minute of this relaxing holiday, we would happily return here again and will recommend to others!
