The ground floor has an open plan living, dining & kitchen area. For entertainment the villa provides Satellite TV (limited channels) DVD player and hi-fi system.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and the dining table seats six. Also found on the ground floor is the first of the twin bedded rooms with an en-suite bathroom and a separate guest cloakroom.
A double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a further twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom are located on the first floor. If preferred, a ground floor twin bedroom with en suite facilities can be utilised instead of the first floor twin bedroom with en-suite facilities, please state your preference at time of booking.
Air conditioning (for both cooling & heating) is provided in the bedrooms free of charge, the larger unit in the living area is payable locally at € 5.00 per unit per day. A safety deposit box is supplied.
A baby cot, highchair, stair gate and hairdryer can be provided on request. The villa has wi-fi access and if required there are internet facilities available from the reception area.
The villas sports an 8m x 4m private pool which has both walk in steps and ladder access and is surrounded by a patio for sunbathing and well maintained lawned gardens equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside shower.
There is a purpose-built BBQ and external sink for the dining al fresco experience under the shady terrace area outside the kitchen. Each villa has its own private covered parking bay.
There are two & three bedroom neighboring villas which are all situated on a small private road and are ideal for the larger party wishing to holiday together.
Please note that there is a reception building on site where you will find family members who are so helpful and friendly and are happy to provide you with information and assistance during your stay.

The Paphos region
The resort of Kissonerga is situated between the beach resort of Coral Bay and the town and harbour area of Paphos. Coral Bay is approximately 4 kilometres away whilst the harbour area of Paphos is approximately 8 kilometres away.
Kissonerga is well known for cultivation of banana plantations, you can spot these by the blue bags rustling in the breeze although Kissonerga also produces olives and different citrus fruits.
Kissonerga is split into two communities, within the coastal area of Kissonerga you will find several hotels, a selection of restaurants and tavernas which supply an array of dishes from a local meze style of dining to more international cuisine. There are a couple of mini-markets and a growing number of shops.
Vardas Beach is the main beach for the Kissonerga area and is a small sandy cove which is ideal for swimming, sunbathing and snorkeling. There are sunbeds and umbrellas available for rent and in the summer months a small selection of watersports are available.
Approximately 2 kilometres inland is the residential village of Kissonerga which provides two restaurants, a popular bar where you will find visitors & locals alike, two coffee shops where you can sit and have a ‘Cyprus’ coffee, a game of tavli (backgammon) or just watch the world go by.
There are also two banks and a chemist and two small supermarkets.
Car hire is highly recommended for all our villas to make the most of your holiday, although there is a regular bus service that connects Kissonerga with Paphos town and the sandy beach at Coral Bay & Corallia Beach.
Coral Bay is the popular and well known beach resort for Paphos. This family oriented area is a lively resort that offers all required amenities and activities. The resort boasts two sandy beaches; the busier of the two beaches is the popular Coral Bay Beach, set in a large bay and sports the Blue Flag of the European Union.
Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hire, watersports are on offer and there are two beach cafés. Just a few minutes away along the coast is the quieter of the two beaches, Corallia Bay.
Continuing still further along the coast you will reach the Sea Caves area which has natural rock caves and which provides ideal snorkelling territory and is popular with local scuba diving schools.
The Paphos Town / Kissonerga area
Paphos Town many years ago the capital of the island is now included in the official UNESCO list of cultural and natural treasures of the world's heritage.
There are remains of palaces, theatres, fortresses and tombs which means that the town is of exceptional historical and architectural value. The Tombs of the Kings where you will find the well preserved mosaics are probably the biggest cultural draw with further archaeological discoveries continually being made.
Pano (meaning Upper) Paphos up on the cliff giving panoramic views is the most important administrative centre and residential district and Kato (meaning Lower) Paphos, by the sea, built around the harbour and medieval port is the main tourist area.
Exploring Paphos, Coral Bay and everywhere in between, increases the list of available activities and attractions to include water sports, go-karting, mini golf & a golf range, horse riding, a snooker hall, bowling alley, heritage sites, modern shopping facilities, a water park and the Paphos Bird and Animal Park.
There are three superb championship golf courses in the Paphos District; Tsada Golf Course, Secret Valley Golf Course and Aphrodite Hills Golf Course all within approximately 30 minutes drive.
