Surrounded by banana plantations and situated immediately in front of the Mediterranean Sea, is this 3 bedroom private holiday villa.

The villa comprises of an open plan living, dining room and kitchen. There is a TV with DVD player , a Sony Playstation-2 games console and a small Hi-Fi with cassette, CD player and radio.

The kitchen includes a fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, washing machine and small dishwasher.

The first of the bedrooms is on the ground floor with twin beds and fitted wardrobes. From this bedroom there are sliding doors which lead outside onto the shaded verandah from where you have glorious views of the sea. This bedroom also has an ensuite shower room.

The first floor level has two further bedrooms; one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Both bedrooms has built in wardrobes and balconies with direct sea views. On this level there is also one bathroom.

The villa has air-conditioning throughout for both cooling and heating. There are four units in total, one in each bedroom and one in the living room.

Outside, to the front, the villa has private parking. To the rear, there is a large covered verandah with table and chairs and superb views over the swimming pool and beyond to the sea. This verandah are is gated and therefore is required can be closed off from the lower pool are. From the verandah, a few steps lead down to the pool area. The pool measures 8m x 4m and has sun beds and parasols. There is also a lawn area and a barbecue.

The outdoor area verandah and pool area is truly superb as you sit literally oppose the sea.

This villa is one of two villas and therefore can also be ideal for larger parties.

The Paphos region

Paphos Town once the capital of the island is now included in the official UNESCO list of cultural and natural treasures of the world's heritage. The remains of villas, palaces, theatres, fortresses and tombs mean that the town is of exceptional architectural and historic value. The well preserved mosaics and the Tombs of the Kings are probably the biggest cultural draw with further archaeological discoveries continually being made. Pano Paphos on the cliff, is the main administrative centre and residential district and Kato Paphos, by the sea, built around the harbour and medieval port is the main tourist area.

Exploring Coral Bay, Paphos and everywhere in between, increases the list of available activities and attractions to include mini golf, watersports, go-karting, horse riding, a snooker hall, bowling alley, heritage sites, modern shopping facilities, a waterpark and the Paphos Bird and Animal Park.

There are 3 golf courses; Tsada Golf Course, Secret Valley Golf Course and Aphrodite Hills Golf Course within approximately 30 minutes drive.

Paphos Town

Kissonerga is situated between the beach resort of Coral Bay and the town and harbour area of Paphos. Coral Bay is approximately 4 kilometres away whilst the harbour area of Paphos is approximately 8 kilometres away. Although Kissonerga produces citrus fruits and olives it is probably most well known for the cultivation of banana plantations, easily identified by their characteristic blue bags rustling in the breeze.

Loosely separated into two communities, the coastal area of Kissonerga features several hotels, a couple of mini-markets, a growing number of shops and a small selection of eating places covering everything from meze style dining to dishes with a more international flavour. The main beach for the Kissonerga area is the small sandy cove at Vardas Beach which is great for swimming, sunbathing and snorkeling. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for rent and a small selection of watersports are available in the summer months.

Set approximately 2 kilometres inland is the residential village with a bank, chemist, two coffee shops, a small high class restaurant and a popular bar where you will find British & locals alike.

Although car hire is highly recommended for all our villas to help you make the most of your stay, there is a bus service that connects Kissonerga with Paphos town and the sandy beach at Coral Bay.

Coral Bay is the well known beach resort for the Paphos district. This family oriented area has become a lively resort with plenty to offer in terms of amenities and activities. The resort boasts two sandy beaches, the busier of the two being the popular Coral Bay Beach, a sandy horseshoe shaped bay honoured with a Blue Flag of the European Union. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hire, watersports are on offer and there are two beach cafés providing refreshments. A little further along the coast is the quieter of the two beaches at Corallia Bay. Continue still further along the coast and you reach the natural rock caves of the area know locally as Sea Caves, an area which provides ideal snorkelling territory and is popular with local scuba diving schools.
