About the home

Villa Iremia is a wonderful, large 4 bed villa which has been built specifically to take in the views of the sea from every possible angle. There is a fabulous upper balcony area which runs along the whole of the villa where you can either sunbathe and relax, or just stare out to the sea and watch the sunsets. As you walk into Iremia, there is an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area with patio doors all around, overlooking the pool, jacuzzi and gardens and 1 twin bedroom off from the lounge. Upstairs from here are 3 bedrooms, which each have their own bathroom/shower room and all offer plenty of space, or you can walk downstairs to the basement area, where you will find the sauna, steam room, cinema room and mini gym. Outside, the infinity pool, jacuzzi outside toilet and bar-be-que are all available for your perfect holiday in the sun. If you fancy a change, you can take a very short stroll to the beach, where you walk along the trail through the banana trees which then opens out to the bay. Iremia is also near to some shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance, or you can take a 5 minute drive to either Paphos town, Paphos harbour, Coral Bay or Peyia. There is plenty to do too in Paphos, with snorkelling, diving, water sports, sailing excursions, day trips or just pure and utter relaxation in the sun.

Iremia has underfloor heating throughout, which although you wouldn't need at all during the summer, will be very handy in the 'winter' months and there is also a fireplace in the lounge if you wanted any addtional heating. If you booked a holiday at Iremia, all costs for air conditioning/heating are included as well as a welcome pack which includes all the basic essentials you will need to start you off on your holiday and for all 2 week bookings, a mid stay linen change/clean is also included.

Further details outdoors:
The private infinity pool is set in the very pretty and spacious garden and driveway to the side of the villa, which has a remote controlled gated entrance. The gardens surrounds the whole villa, so you can walk round to the pool/garden straight from the car, or from the house. The jacuzzi is set to one side of the pool and there is an outside toilet and BBQ area. You can also see the sea and banana trees from the patio area and garden.

The pool is maintained regularly to EU standards and if ever you need to speak to our management company, they are always available 24/7.

Conditions

To book Iremia, you confirm via email and then we will send you our booking form which you need to complete and return via email. A 20% non refundable deposit payable with 10 days of booking is required and then the balance is paid 8 weeks before your arrival date. We do also take a €200 euro refundable deposit paid with the balance, which is refunded to you within 14 days of your departure, providing there are no breakages. Prices are quoted in sterling and coverted, as payment must be in euros only.

The Paphos region

Paphos is a relaxing seaside resort in the south-west corner of Cyprus, with safe beaches, a large variety of restaurants and bars, and a wealth of fascinating archaeological sites. The harbour area is full of history with ancient ruins, mosaics and an amphitheatre that are all open to the public, including the 16th century fortress, which offers superb harbour views.

The Paphos Town / Kissonerga area

Kissonerga sits inbetween Paphos and Coral Bay, so is set in a great location, close to many areas which offer anything from horse riding and quad biking, through to day excursions and beaches.

Paphos is a large area, which has the main town, Paphos harbour and many surrounding areas. There are plenty of things to do and see in Paphos and a vast array of local tavernas, bars and a daily market.

“Villa iremia is just stunning” We stayed at villa iremia in September 2012. We went as a group of nine, and were in Cyprus for our wedding. The villa was everything we expected and more; the pictures honestly don't do it justice. Lynn and dave were brilliant, as we're the whole team. On the first day there i managed to lock our safe and didn't have the code, one phone call and there was somebody along to fix it within 15 minutes. The villa itself is huge, and even with nine of us staying there (and having friends/family visiting daily) we had more than enough space. Location is ideal, we could have rented a car but we chose not to, and with the bus stop just outside we didn't need one at all - it was fine without one. I was very hesitant about booking this villa, as I've never rented a villa and dealt by Internet and phone, but Lynn and Samantha were great. They even arranged our transfers and recommended a great beauty salon. I would go back to iremia again and again. Thank u to Lynn and dave.
