This is a relaxing, quiet location with many of our guests happy to stay on the complex and soak up the sun with a refreshing dip in the pool. The pleasant sea breeze keeps the apartment and site cooler than the coast..
For the more adventurous the opportunities are endless with the mountains, beaches, waterparks and watersports, archeological sites, churches and monastries,walks in the mountains or along the coast.
Kato Paphos and Coral Bay are the main beach,eating and night-life locations and both are 4kms away and there are many secluded bays and beaches to the west of Coral Bay and most require an 'off-road' vehicle.
Our particular favourite is Turtle Beach on the Arkanas which has a lovely sandy beach with very safe bathing as the water is quite shallow for a long way out and is often blessed with large waves.
Small supermarkets, bars and restaurants in Emba with a large Papantoniou supermarket 1km away in Chlokas and directional information to all the shops, beaches and favoured restaurants are available.
Golf courses at Tsada (15 Kms) and Secret Valley (near Aphrodite Rock, 25 kms) are easily accessible and bookings can be made for both courses at the same time as they are jointly owned. Most carriers charge approx £25 for golf clubs if booked at the time of the flight and it is usually 50 Euros to play.

Two bath-rooms, both with showers one with bath, offer great facilities for familes or couples. Main bedroom has en-suite and private side patio with a table and two chairs.
Comfortably furnished with a 3/4 and 2 seater settees, coffee tables and six seater dining table. Main patio has a table and four chairs.
Both bed-rooms have large ward-robes with ample cupboard space and bed-side cabinets with lamps.
The apartment is kept clean, tidy and laundered by Sharon who looks after the property for us. She would provide your starter pack and a point of contact if required.
We have a large number of books and DVDs for all ages and tastes plus a CD player and radio. The TV is only set up for DVDs at present although we are looking at putting SKY in.
Fully air conditioned in all rooms and the bedrooms have a fan-light which can be left on during the night and keeps the air circulating.

A welcome pack is available and provided by a British lady looks after the appartmant for us and we will give you her number.
We will also provide you with the telephone number of our management company, who are also British.
Air conditioning costs are included within the price and we would ask that it is switched off when you are out.
We would request a £50 non-refundable deposit when booking (if time allows)

The balance to be paid a minimum of two weeks before your holiday whereupon the keys will be sent to you.
If you wish to rent the car we will need copies of your driving licenses to forward to our insurers in Cyprus at least two weeks before you depart. We will also arrange for you to be picked up from the airport by taxi for which we have negotiated a discount rate for you.
We would prefer that smokers use the patio areas and ash trays are provided.
House towels are provided but not for the beach.

Paphos has nine months of sunshine with even the rainy months of December, January and February being warm and wet is a relative term. The area has everything that you could rquire for a great holiday with sea, sun, beaches, mountains, watersports, bars and restaurants, coastal and mountain walks and most of all the friendly and welcoming Cypriot people.
Emba is a traditional Cypriot village with a selection of bars, small supermarkets and restaurants and is situated 4 kms inland in the foot-hills of the mountains. There are at least 50 eating establishments within a 4 km radius of Emba and for those of you who need their SKY Sports fix there are bars in Chlorakas and Kissonerga, approx 1 km. away who show all Premier/Championship games. Kato Paphos and Coral Bay have a larger selection with the added attraction of the shops.
Easy access to the beaches of Kato Pahos and Coral Bay, the Troodos Mountains and the National Park of the Arkanas Peninsular which has many secluded beaches and bays, although an off roader car is required.
The north side of the island is readily accessible with Polis and Laatchi being the main tourist areas and this part of Cyprus is less developed.
Churches and archeological sites abound especially around Kato Paphos with the Tomb of the Kings being the largest. There are a number of monastries in the Troodos mountains with the Kykkos being a particular favourite but please be aware that legs must be covered during your visit.
Two golf courses at Tsada and Secret Valley at approx 50 Euros with a third at Aphrodite Hills being somewhat more expensive.
The Paphos Town / Emba area
Kato Paphos has a lovely harbour overlooked by an old castle, with a number of day cruise ships aongside the quayside bars and restaurants. Good during the day but even better at night.
The promenade has just been upgraded and stretches for about a mile with a mix of restaurants, bars,tourist and designer shops and jewellers overlooking the beautiful clear Mediterranean Sea.
Bar Street just up from the sea offers livlier entertainment and Kato Paphos caters for all requirements.
Paphos old town has the more traditional shops and a visit to the morning market is recommended followed by a drink at one of the bars overlooking the sea. Wonderful.
There is a Waterworld in Kato Paphos and also Go-Karting plus a number of beaches.
Eating and drinking is a little cheaper away from the coast and we particularly like Tala, Peyia, and Emba of course and we will provide you with details recommended restaurants and take-aways. Coral Bay has a number of excellent restaurants.
