Beautiful house set on a quiet complex called Ikaria village is 5 mins from shops, restaurants, beaches and close to the harbour with its promenade, the house has full sea-views with 2 balconies for al fresco dining and a private garden/terrace with sun loungers, all fenced & gated & private.
There are 3 huge swimming pools that are very quiet and air conditioning, sat TV, DVD, CD, video, fully equipped kitchen, private parking in drive for 2 cars also tennis courts, all towels included..
there is a guestbook full of info & maps,and a good selection of books,dvd,s & films to watch & games for children.

The interior is nicely decorated with 3 pce suite,footstool,nice cosy lamps,dining table & chairs and 2 other sets of table & chairs for balcony & garden, there are 4 sets of patio doors as each bedroom leads out onto the private quiet garden, the house is south facing and gets the sun all day so there are 4 wind-out awnings to offer shade if desired,lots of wardrobes & mirrors just like home from home with a travel cot supplied & stair-gates provided if needed.
there is a large futon off the dining room area that sleeps 2 so 6 people in total plus cot

There is parking in front of the house for 2,also an underground garage.the houses are traditionally painted white Greek style,very attractive with little pathways leading down to the 3 huge swimming pool,one is small for babies/children,tennis courts & swings are next to it.
The balconies & garden are lovely to sit out and sunbathe or eat al fresco as there is a small BBQ with plenty of
table & chairs enjoying the boats going past and the gentle sea breeze.
All shops & cafes like mcdonalds,kfc,next & debenhams are only 5 mins away

The house manager is an English guy who cleans before & after your visit,and is on hand should you need any advice!he can provide a fresh arrival pack to be waiting for you like milk,bread,eggs,coffee,tea & cereal for £17.00. there is safe drinking water in the house from the taps !
air conditioning & ceiling fans are provided and included in charges
cleaning and bed linen & all towels are provided even beach towels.

no need to arrive or vacate at 12 noon wherever possible(depends on other bookings)but we will advise you.
it is a 2 storey house with 6 steps leading up to the front door,slightly elevated so you achieve full sea views

The Paphos region
Ikaria village is just off tomb of the kings road,the main road that links from the harbour all the way to coral by,famous big sandy beaches,there is a lovely sandy beach about 10 mins walk from the house,with bus-stop only 1 minute away and a hire car shop called leos.
you can withdraw cash at any atm, any bank, 24hrs a day,small bank charges
The buses run every 15 mins and are cheap & reliable,there is the ancient burial chambers along tomb of the kings,with weekly markets,stunning scenery and almost guaranteed sunshine all year round with temps 18degress in December! You drive on the left like at home, English is widely spoken and very friendly people.
The Paphos Town / Kato area
Ideal for just relaxing or sightseeing, golfing, horseriding, birdwatching, paragliding and snorkelling & diving is only 5 mins away, swimming, tennis courts, lots of well know shops like m& s, next, peacocks, kfc, mcdonalds as well as Chinese, Indian, Italian lots of Greek traditional bars with entertainment, karaoke, live dancing, big screen sky TVs
you get a good exchange rate in shops down near the harbour,no comm charges unlike banks
Lunar park is a must for children with arcades, mini train-rides.Holiday Tots Top Ten
Cyprus Donkey Sanctuary. Sanctuary caring for old, unwanted and sick donkeys. Feed them treats and take them for walks in the area. Located in Vouni Village close to Limassol. 1hr 20
Wild Valley Resort. Ostrich farm with farm tours, playground, ostrich products and a cafeteria which also serves Sunday lunches. Located just off the Pissouri turning on the Limassol/Paphos highway. 45 minutes.
Paphos Bird Park. Ostriches, parrots, cockatoos, giraffes, ponies, gigantic turtles, geese, ducks and many others. With children’s petting zoo, restaurant and playground. Saint George, Peyia. 10 minutes.
Fasouri Watermania. Lots of water fun with kiddie pool for the little ones to safely splash around. Nominated in top 3 of Europe’s leading water parks. Shuttle buses run from the Paphos tourist area to and from the park. Limassol. 1hr.
Kids Kingdom Paphos. Large indoor play centre for children from 2 years. Three floor play structure with soft play for toddlers. Restaurant and bar for parents. Paphos. 25 minutes.
Paphos Aquarium. Wide range of fish plus extras such as crocodiles, piranhas and sharks. Specially-designed lighting enables visitors to study the intriguing markings and beautiful colours of the different fish. Paphos. 25 minutes.
Greek Meze. Introduce your little ones to these tiny offerings which just keep on coming! 7 St Georges Tavern - no set menu – just wonderful, organic meze from the freshest ingredients of the day. Geroskipou. 30 minutes.
Snake Georges Reptile Park. Conservation project for reptiles run by Snake George. Pushchair-friendly park with sun shade for the summer months. Located on the main road from Coral Bay to Paphos.
Aphrodite Waterpark. With kiddies pool, slow side, pirate ship and water mushrooms. Entry to the pool shelves gently from the side and the maximum depth is 50cm. Plenty of sunloungers and large sun umbrellas. Paphos. 25 minutes.
Coral Bay Beach. A crescent of soft, white sand with plenty of sunbeds and beach umbrellas. The sea shelves gently and is safe for children. (5 minutes). Also Geroskipou Beach. Blue flag beach safe for children with shallow, crystal clear water. Paphos

There is a taxi rank at each airport or you can arrange to hire a car and it will be waiting for you outside, or I can arrange your transfer for you, payable to the driver £25 euros(max 4 persons)
