Furnished and equipped to a high standard, this home-from-home is a 5 minute stroll on level ground to local restaurants, bars, shops and the historical Tomb of Kings site. Patio doors from the lounge lead to the balcony and a French door from the hall leads to a large covered terrace which has a table and 6 chairs for that essential sundowner and al fresco eating. Kings Sunset has lifts as well as stairs for access, a communal swimming pool and ample parking. The apartment has air conditioning/heating throughout and full blackout blinds.

The light and airy lounge/diner is furnished for relaxation and has a sofa bed which comfortably sleeps two, coffee tables, uplighter, blackout blinds, a dining table and four chairs and is decorated to a high standard. A TV with satellite, DVD player and CD/tape/radio player complete the facilities. Patio doors and a French door lead to the unusually large covered terrace and balcony which has views of the sea and is equipped with a table and six chairs. There is a 2-seater swing, 2 sunlongers with cushions, small kettle BBQ and a separate roof terrace.
The bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, extensive fitted wardrobes with a built-in safe, hairdryer, dressing table with mirror and stool and full length mirror. The window has a special film on the outside to keep the room cool and full blackout blinds. The bathroom is fully tiled and equipped with a bath/shower, sink with mirror and WC. Kitchen facilities include washing machine, fridge/freezer, hob and oven, kettle, toaster, iron, microwave, clothes dryer and a wide range of utensils, crockery and cutlery. The kitchen also has window film and a window blind. The roof terrace is accessed via a wrought iron staircase and has views of both the sea and hills. A Welcome Pack awaits (for stays of 2 or more weeks) and linen, towels and beach towels are provided with the fee including utilities & the final clean and laundry on your departure. After the apartment has been prepared for your arrival, the key is placed in a Key Safe located next to the front door. This is accessed via a PIN code which allows immediate access regardless of arrival time. A childs travel cot can be provided for a small charge of £15.
Conditions
Discounts apply for bookings of 2 or more weeks and long term lets are welcome; please contact us for a quote and provisionally reserve your holiday dates. A non-refundable deposit will secure your booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total, payment of which is due six weeks before the commencement date of your holiday. A Key Deposit of £50 is payable with the final payment and this will be refunded to you after your holiday provided the key is returned and there is no damage.

Beaches are within a 15 mintue walk. The bustling harbour of Paphos is a 10 minute drive and the hills of Peyia just 20 minutes by car.

I have very much enjoyed staying in your homely and cosy apartment in Paphos during January 2012. In my opinion, the large, outside space offered by this apartment is exceptional for a 1 bedroom flat and makes a great difference to the overall holiday experience. Having not only a 6 seater table and chairs but also 2 loungers and a wonderful garden swing type piece of equipment and still having loads of space around was absolutely wonderful. The whole place had a very welcoming feel. My compliments to whoever cleaned it prior to my arrival because it was spotless. The location is very quiet and the blinds very effective. The whole complex is exceptionally well maintained and tidy. There are enough permanent occupants to make the place feel 'lived in' and not lonely. Another bonus was the quick walk up to Paphos old town which I found enchanting. Heading away from the sea, past the derelict garden centre, it is just a short walk to the elevator which takes you up to town free of charge. I, personally, preferred this area to the more touristy harbour area but both are very pleasant. All in all, I could not recommend this apartment more highly and intend to return! |

A terrific apartment in a really good location. A fabulous view of the sunsets from the large balcony. There is everything you need in the apartment and the kitchen is extremely well equipped - if you want to cook ! We love the freedom it gives us, and having never repeated a holiday in our many years of travelling, we have already booked for next year. Thanks Rachel and Bob. |

The Welcome Pack is a range of groceries to start your holiday off, with your choice of a bottle of red or white wine or Keo lagers. The utilities are all electricity and water fees and the final clean and laundering of linen and towels after your departure means you can make the most of your last day. The refundable key deposit of £50 will be returned to you within two weeks of your departure provided there is no damage and the key has been left in the key safe. Cancellation Policy - within 12 weeks 50% within 9 weeks 75% within 6 weeks 100% is payable. Bookings not accepted within two weeks of start of holiday.
