Entrance to open plan fully-equipped kitchen which includes washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, toaster and usual dining facilities.

Living/dining area - dining for 6, sofa bed and separate easy chair, satellite T.V. with DVD player, music centre with CD player and iPod docking station. Patio door leading to paved patio area with table and four chairs with parasol umbrella and two sun loungers.
Main bedroom – double bed with balcony overlooking the pool with bistro table and two chairs.
Second bedroom - with twin beds. Main bathroom incorporating shower cubicle, w.c. and wash hand basin.
This property can sleep an additional two on the sofa-bed if required (by agreement).

"Fabulous duplex, Brilliant customer service"
This duplex holiday home is superb: Perfectly located, peaceful and a fabulous place for a self-catering retreat. I stayed there for a week in October with a friend and enjoyed every minute of our stay. On arrival we were greeted with a spotlessly clean property (even the mirrors were polished within an inch of their life!). Bed linen and towels of good quality and beautifully ironed. Outside space with high quality furniture offers a great place to relax and greet the morning with swimming pool and sun loungers just a few steps away! Absolute bliss. Well located, peaceful and quiet but just an 8 minute walk to main road where you can catch a bus or stroll to harbour. Other direction takes you to Coral Bay. Lots of restaurants nearby... What's there not to like! Jonathan offers an efficient and easy to contact service - Highly recommend him and his properties....ENJOY!

"Perfect for a Family holiday"
Very nice clean tidy appartment with lovely shared pool just outside the door. We found it a great location for our family with 2 children ages 8 and 9. Handy to shops and restaurants and local bus service to beaches and the harbour area.

We did not book that apartment until the night before we flew to paphos and I asked in the email that we sent if someone could call me back as soon as possible and within the hour we received a call . I spoke to Jonathan and he gave us a price and agreed to rent the property. He immediately emailed back all the details that we would require including a link to a a highly recommenced taxi service.
The property was really nicely situated as when you walked out the back of the property it had a little private garden/Terrace with sun beds and patio furniture,and just out the side of the garden was a well kept and clean pool which also had sunbeds around.
The property is situated near restaurants, pubs, sports bars and entertainment bars and as we think we tried quite a few of them we really could not say a bad thing about any of them in fact would recommend them all .
There is also a good bus service which runs into the early ours of the morning and is very reliable. The apartment is within walking distance to the beach a a 5 minute bus ride to the beautiful coral bay beach.
The property had everything that we required even down to the hair dryer but having the Wifi was a added bonus for. It was also very very clean and well maintained.
The owners also took the time to come and see that everything was in order and see if we required anything and bought a bottle of wine. Always does it for me (the wine)
Would recommend this apartment and will be booking this for next year.

"A NICE APARTMENT IN PAPHOS"
We stayed very well. The apartment was nearby a street with a lot of restaurants. The rooms were cleaned. The kitchen was fully equipped. The nearest beach was not far but we preferred some others. The swimming pool was nice.
