About the home

Lounge with Satellite TV and air conditioning. Fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, coffee machine, microwave.

The Living Room is furnished with leather sofas and there are soft throws available to put on the same. Dining area with table & seating for four.

There are also hot air/air conditioning units for your comfort in all rooms.
Double bedroom with air conditioning, ceiling fans, built in wardrobes, two drawer side cabinets with lamps
Twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, ceiling fans, built in wardrobes and side cabinet and lamp.

Both bathrooms have shower, basin, toilet, mirror and shaving point.
Towels and linen included. Beach towels are also included.

Facilities

Further details indoors:
The apartment is on the second floor of the complex, which you can access either by the lift or stairs and is on the corner of the complex. You therefore do not have someone "walking on your head" creating noise and do not have people either side of you or above and below you. It is also suitable for all ages.

Further details outdoors:
There are two balconies on our apartment. One exits from the twin bedroom and the other from the living room. The balcony from the living room has the sun first thing in the morning and is there for most of the day. The balcony from the bedroom is warm later in the day.

This way you have the option of having one which is more pleasant than the other depending on whether you want it warm or cooler. The balcony from the living room has a table with four chairs and the balcony off the bedroom has a table and two chairs. There is also a washing line on the larger balcony.

We have a strictly no smoking rule in the apartment.
It has been decorated to a high standard and we want you and any others using it to treat it to a high standard, which will ensure that everyone will have a lovely time.

Conditions

Full payment to be made preferably direct to our account in Paphos via your bank or, alternatively, by cheque to our UK address. A £150.00 refundable security deposit is also required when securing your booking. This will be refunded to you within 2 - 4 weeks of your return to the UK once the apartment has been satisfactorily examined by our representative and no damage has been reported to us.

The beautiful beach is a maximum of five minutes walk away behind the Venus Beach Hotel. Enjoy.

The Paphos region

Our apartment is situated very close to the Tomb of the Kings and just opposite the Venus Beach Hotel. There is a bus service about 200 yards from the apartment, giving a comprehensive service to Coral Bay, Paphos Market and Harbour and eastern Paphos. As of April 2011 the cost for using the bus service is 1 Euro per trip per person but you can also buy a day pass on the bus for 2 Euros per person and use it as much as you wish for the whole day. There is also a bus service to and from Paphos Airport and the Venus Beach Hotel, at a cost of Euros 2 per person if you do not require a taxi.

The Paphos Town area

Paphos is a very historical area encompassing the Tomb of the Kings, World Heritage Site and Aphrodite's Rock. Leisurely and quiet during the day with plenty to do in the evening, making for a most pleasant holiday.

Many excursions are also available in the locality including four wheel mountain driving, para gliding, golf, and diving.

There are several low cost airlines flying direct to Paphos. Early bookings are recommended to ensure best deal. These include Easy Jet from Luton, Cyprus Air from Heathrow and Stansted, Thomsons from various airports according to season. Jet2.Com from East Midlands, summer only.

Expect prices to reach up to £150 each way but you can get prices from as low as £75 each way. Car hire available from airport or close to apartment. We can arrange a very reputable taxi firm for collection to and from the airport at the lowest Cypriot price -currently Euros 27 each way. It is best to arrange for your taxi to be at the airport on your arrival and know what you are paying as there are some taxis that will charge you Euros 40 or more if you just jump in and ask how much at the other end!!! However, the average is Euros 30 each way.

“Excellent apartment” The apartment was excellent (but would help if the TV worked and for some bizzar reason no ironing board or teaspoons) The funiture, linen, towels, kitchen untensils and appliances were of the top quality and so clean - far better tan we expected. Andy, taxi driver, was great and chatted all the way from the airport to make us feel at home. Our first time in Paphos and can't wait to go back again - so many lovely restaurants/bars in the Harbour. Driving around the island was very interesting and we saw some lovely places and beaches. Eating fresh fish most evenings was a dream and everyone is so friendly. The bar at Kings Resort didn't open very much not that we were worried as we loved the balcony with the apartment - so quiet and relaxing. I emailed to Liz & Terry when we returned but not heard from them yet! Will certainly recommend Kings Resort - really fab holiday

“A delightfully tasteful apartment in good location.” We stayed at this apartment during August - September 2010 and found it to be a beautiful apartment and very spacious which was ideal for our family of 2 adults and two kids. The decor and furniture was truly amazing for a holiday apartment and the overall interior has to be seen to be truly appreciated. The apartment owners were very helpful in all matters, from assisting with flight bookings, making arrangements on our behalf for the airport transfers, the welcome pack upon arrival, keeping in touch with us during our stay and returning our depost immediately upon our departure. The complex benefits from a very large pool which also has a shallow childrens pool and sits alongside a poolside bar which was serving food and drinks throughout the day. Within a 5 minute walk is a very quiet but lovely beach and also a few bars and restaurants. If you are prepared to walk just a little further there are some amazing restaurants offering wonderful food and wine. We would regularly take a walk into the centre, both up the hill to the old town or along the beach to the newer town centre but it was alse very easy and cheap to take a taxi if feeling tired or just plain lazy. Overall this was a wonderful holiday in a great apartment and location which we would highly recommend. Jason & Clare Cross

We accept payment by cheque or bank transfer in GBP or Euros. Paypal and Credit Card payments are also accepted. All breakages/damage will be charged at cost for replacement. BLOCK BOOKING OFFER - EXCEPTIONAL VALUE Block bookings of 4 weeks are available at the amazing price of £1,200. Block bookings of 8 weeks are available at the amazing price of £2,000. Please note that "block" bookings do not need to be 4 weeks or 8 weeks straight off. If you want 2 weeks one month and two another month and 4 another month, this will still be classed as a "block" booking. Therefore, if you want to book eight weeks in two weekly batches for you, your family or friends at different periods, providing you book the 4 or 8 weeks when securing the booking, this will fall into the above rate. These offers are ideal if you wish to book in advance for yourself or with friends and work out a very cheap rate per person per week. With these bookings holidays must be taken in two week blocks with a maximum of four weeks being taken between the months of of June and September inclusive.

A refundable security deposit of £150.00 is payable as part of your booking fee and will be refunded when the apartment has satisfactorily been checked by our representative after your departure and when the keys have been returned.
