This superb modern apartment is on the second (top) floor of a small block, it has the advantage of views to the sea from both bedrooms! The accommodation is very light, spacious and comfortable. You have a nice sitting area with sofas, coffee tables and large television with satellite & DVD, CD player / stereo plus a ceiling fan and air conditioning. The apartment has a double size sofa-bed, so can sleep upto 6 people. Patio doors lead to the generous size balcony with table and chairs, overlooking the shapely swimming pool and views to Paphos Old Town. The kitchen / dining area is well equipped with all you need, including a washing machine, the formal dining table has 6 chairs. From the inner hallway you have 2 large bedrooms: the main bedroom is a sizeable double with dressing table and built in wardrobes. The 2nd bedroom is a twin, with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. The bathroom is modern, tastefully tiled with a shower over the bath.

The Paphos region
The location of Diana apartment is perfect, ideal for couples, families, individuals or the elderly! Situated in a residential road just 100m level walk of Tomb of the Kings road - therefore right on your doorstep you have cafes, kiosks, bakery, internet café, restaurants, bars, banks and bus stop to Coral Bay etc. The Lighthouse / Faros Beach is a mere 500m walk! Paphos Harbour is approximately 10/15 minute walk where you have dozens of places to eat, drink and shop, where as the Old Town / Paphos Town centre with markets, street cafes, shops etc is also 10/15 minutes walk. You have easy access by car or bus to the popular beach of Coral Bay. The 3 Golf Courses in Cyprus are all located in the Paphos area, are all short driving distance from Roman Park.
The Paphos Town / Kato area
The area is steeped with archeological sites including ancient mosaics and the tomb of the kings. There are many tourist facilities in the Paphos region, including a water park, go-karts, horse riding, bowling, cinema, bird and reptile park to mention a few…
