Renovated two years ago, it is the perfect dammuso for a group of friends or for one - two families of 4-8 people. Ideal also in the case of more families who want to spend a holiday together because there is the possibility to rent other adjoining dammusi (see dammusi Labarcablu Grecale and Labarcablu Tramontana). It is equipped with every comfort, with two independent bathrooms with shower, three bedrooms, a large living room and a splendid eat-in kitchen. It is less than 5 minutes by car to the most beautiful and famous coves of the island: Cala Levante, Cala Tramontana, the splendid elephant arch, the thermal waters of Gadir. It has private parking for 3-4 cars. Suitable for those seeking tranquility without having to give up the convenience of reaching the sea in a few minutes. On foot it is possible to reach a bakery, two bars, a restaurant, two pizzerias, a church and a pharmacy. This large dammuso is located in the hamlet of Tracino, a very peaceful village. It has been owned by us for over 150 years, and is a typical Pantelleria peasant construction, with 1.5 m dry stone walls that keep the house cool all summer. Inside, where possible, we have tried to keep the old flooring and original furniture, outside, it overlooks a vineyard with some fruit trees available to guests (grapes, plums, figs, prickly pears, peaches) and on the farmyard where you can enjoy a beautiful sea view. The various services include satellite TV, Wi-FI, paddle fans, microwave oven, hammock, etc., and has a private parking area for 3-4 cars. For those who wish, we accompany our guests for free to go trekking in the most enchanting and least known places on the island. Discounts for periods of two or more weeks, or depending on the number of guests or for families with children, therefore always ask for a personalized quote. Upon request we can provide cars and scooters at advantageous prices reserved for our guests and we offer free transfer from the airport or port. Minimum number of people: 4 (except for any agreements established before booking)

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Angela, andrea (the owner) a message.

If Angela, andrea (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
