This south facing detached Villa is situated in a small cul-de-sac consisting of only four high quality villas; set in a quiet rural location with stunning views of mountains and the sea towards the coast of Polis, and Latchi. Quality is of the utmost with the furnishings , linen and decor. All windows have fly screens fitted ensuring the holiday maker of a good nights sleep whether they want windows open or air conditioning on. You can have a get away from it all holiday here or within only 20 minutes drive you have all the amenities of Paphos, Polis, Latchi and Coral Bay. Nearby is the beautiful village of Kathikas which boast 5 good quality restaurants/tavernas, a couple of bars and coffee shops and two wineries. Making this villa the perfect holiday base.

The Paphos District
Cyprus is renowned for its nearly all year round sunshine, you can step back in time and visit the Amphitheatre at Kourion and wonder at the artifacts on display, remember to take your camera with you, you also have the fantastic mosaics there together with The House of Eustolios, remember that camera and water!
Use your 4X4 to explore the Troodos Mountains or the nearby Akamas Penninsula, take in the scenery and aromas of Cedar Valley, fantastic! Remember to make sure you have a full tank of petrol before you set out though as petrol stations are few and far between. Don't forget that camera and water!
For those who enjoy the game of golf the closest course is Tsada Golf Club established in 1994, the first course designed by Donald Steel. Par 72 - 6,855 yards and located amongst vineyards, next to a 12th century monastery it is bathed in cooling sea breezes in the summer season. Tsada is a challenging course which has an excellent club house, swimming pool with all changing facilities and is only about a 20 minute drive away.
For those who want to go further afield within an hours drive you will find the Secret Valley Golf Club (Par 72 - 6,737 yards) a championship course surrounded by stunning rock formations and mature trees. Nearby is the Aphrodite Hills Golf Club (Par 71 - 6,855 yards) designed by Cabell Robinson another fine example of a championship course built on two plateaux which has spectacular views of the sea.
Pano Akourdaleia area
The property is located less than 1km from the traditional village of Kathikas where you will find numerous excellent restaurants all offering excellent food and friendly atmospheres. In the vicinity you will find two famous wineries producing excellent ranges of wines, visitors are made very welcome and invited to "sample" their products.
Kathikas has its own information centre. In fact you are situated in an ideal location to explore all locations from Paphos harbour, the Akamas, Polis and Latchi, Argaka and beyond, giving you the best of both worlds to explore the island.
Pano Akourdaleia is a quiet peaceful village almost undisturbed by the march of the developers. It boasts a herb centre which is part of the Laona project, a government sponsored rural conservation programme, and is a joy to walk around, with the large well laid out garden obviously relished by both bees and butterflies.
In the height of summer, when temperatures can soar up to and beyond 40 degrees, Pano Akourdaleia has lower humidity and, at a higher altitude, is slightly cooler than the coast, making your relaxation time more pleasant. Gentle breezes will sweep over the hill and down the valley through the vineyards to the coast.

The open plan dining area offers a large dining table with seating for six people. There is also an alternative dining area with a round table with seating for four.
The upstairs bedrooms have small private balconies plus a larger one from the galleried landing with steps leading down to the garden and pool. All have their own table and chairs.
