This house is located in the old town of Mallorca, just a few minutes' walk from the nearest beach. Close to the house you can find many cultural buildings, monuments and also the Cathedral. It is located in a very quiet area, yet close to amenities such as restaurants and nightlife. There is easy access to all amenities including the local market.

The Mallorca/Majorca region
The apartment is ideal for groups, from a couple, small family or a group of friends (max. 4 people). Near Palma you can find golf courts, tennis clubs and many opportunities to try watersports. If you enjoy walking, why not take a stroll around Palma's old quarter which can offer many historic sites such as the cathedral, parlament and a multitude of charming streets and old courtyard style family homes. Mallorca's mountain range of Tramuntana in the north of the island has many trekking routes with spectacular views of our villages, countryside and mediterranean vistas.
You can expect to find good weather in Mallorca from mid April till the end of October, however June, July and August are a guarantee of good, warm weather for a sunshine filled holiday. Winters are mild, with an average temperature of around 15 degrees, Perhaps not the best beach weather but Mallorca has a lot more to offer than just sea, sand and sun. The Soller train station (10min walk from the apartment) with over a hundred years of history can take you to the western coast of the island on a traditional period train which will take you back in time. Other than soller, Valledemossa, Deia or Fornalutx are also beautiful Mallorcan spots which are well worth a visit.
Palma / Palma Old Town area
This apartment is located in the historical centre of Palma. Apart from its charming surroundings, it is very near to Palma's restaurants, shops and sea side walks. A 15 min walk through the old quarters winding streets will take you to the Paseo Maritimo, where you can find a variety of night spots.
