Home description
This is a quite development with two storey apartments set in mature well cared for gardens which surround the large swimming pool and baby pool and sun bathing area ( this pool is not attended by a life guard).
There is a secured underground car park, should you need to use it during your stay with direct access to your apartment building. Access to the complex is available from a number of areas including the sea side of the complex.
Our apartment is located on the second floor with stair access. There is a spacious veranda for those lazy afternoons, the full rooftop terrace is also available for sunbathing. Our open plan living and dining area opens out onto the terrace for shaded afternoon siestas. More suitable for families with older children.

Palma / Son Veri Nou area
Son veri Nou is a leafy superb on the outskirts of the resort town of Arenal,
It lies on the coast just about 20 minutes drive from Palma Airport, for easy transfers. You can shop locally in the large supermarket which has excellent fish counter, local vegetable shop and enjoy the local food the various bars have to offer. There is also an Italian restaurant and take away pizza which does home delivery. The local coffee shops are a must for breakfast with lovely morning pastries.
A residential area with a lovely local beach and promenade which leads down to the resort town of Arenal, it is perfect for those who want to want to enjoy all that a resort town has to offer but in a quieter way.
Arenal The promenade leads down to the resort town of Arenal where you will have a choice of excellent local and multicultural restaurants and an abundance of bars and shops. Activities are plenty for both adult, teens and children, with bike hire, glass bottom boat tours, water ski-ing and various other water activities. Pitch and putt and crazy golf for the fun loving.
Local markets both in Arenal and in Palma and other local towns are a must during your stay and information on these in your apartment. A car is not necessary during your stay but if sunbathing is not your thing, Mallorca is a most beautiful island to explore by car and rental is not expensive.
For the more active, it is possible to bike from the apartment in Son Veri Nou along the promenade and cycle tracks all the way to Palma and past the Majestic Cathedral. This will take about two hours for the return journey without breaks, but its much nicer to enjoy a few stops along the way.

Further details indoors: Our second floor apartment is very spacious and decorated with an airy feel. You can relay and enjoy the lovely weather from our rooftop bathing area and take in the stunning sea views and views of Palma bay.
The master bedroom with extensive wardrobe space, king-size bed, bathroom en suite and sliding doors onto the terrace.
The second bedroom with twin beds, large wardrobes and second bathroom is located in the hall.
Our kitchen is very well equipped, with open plan TV room with satellite TV stations, for English and German channels.
Washing and dryer is located on the utility terrace ( off the TV room).
If visiting during the Winter months, it is lovely to tour the island and car rental is very reasonable. Otherwise a car is not needed when staying in our apartment.
Further details outdoors: The large swimming pool and sun bathing area in located withing the apartment complex. You can also access the 'Rocks' and swim in the crystal blue seas from that area which is just outside the gate of your complex. Please be aware that this is a private complex and therefore there is no lifguard on duty at any time at the pool .
The nearest beach is within walking distance about 10 minutes or you can sunbathe and swim from the rocks in front of the apartment in the crystal blue sea.
The nearest supermarket is also about 10 minutes walk away, where there are a group of local bars, restaurants, hairdresser and hardware shop.
A further 20 minutes walk will take you into the resort town of Arenal where you can experience and abundance of shops restaurants, bars, bike rental, excursions etc and all the night life you could want.
Taxi’s are always easy to get if needed and are very reliable or local buses are available to take you to Arenal, Palma or the local water park.

We provide a selection of recommendations to local restaurants all within a short walk or taxi ride. Our aim is to relax, unwind and enjoy the culture and cuisine that Mallorca has to offer.
Booking is easy, all you have to do is contact us by email and we will hold dates while payment is being made. We appreciate a 25% deposit on booking and the balance on month prior to arrival. We supply towels but please bring your own pool/beach towels.
