The only real big Finca-Chalet for holiday rent in Palma-surrounding. We are able to offer you as quiet alter-native in the country with style and character of a Mallorca Finca-Chalet the whole estate, which is only 10 minutes away from the provincial capital Palma (6 km northwest). The characterful house is for 20 persons in 9 big double bedrooms, we have a private pool, four bathrooms, big gardens and a very nice patio.
The main-house and outbuildings have a total expanse of 450 sqm, approximately 3000 sqm property-expanse. There are 9 big bedrooms for 20 persons, 4 baths, a living room with open chimney and extensive Majorca-library, a great, perfectly equipped kitchen, a big pantry with three cooler and refrigerators, shelves and storage areas, two gardens with camp fire-place, hammocks to relax, a big pool (11 m length x 6 m width x 2,40 m depth), with baby-pool, trampoline, children slope, garden-furniture, many comfortable sun-bath-day-beds, sun umbrellas, solar-shower with hot water.
The life takes place in the kitchen or in the roofed, romantic guest-garden of the inner courtyard with torches, candles, (BBQ-Grill and Paella cooking ware available), and many garden-furniture. Parking places in the inner courtyard for up to 8 cars, the entire estate is enclosed (absolutely children-safe!). For the children there are lots of toys, swinger etc, TV, german SAT-channels, Spanish TV, mini-safe, DVD and CD-Player, WLAN-WIFI-Internet and free phone in your home country!

The Finca has nine large and individually decorated Non smoking rooms with double beds and a beautiful view of the courtyard, gardens or Tramuntana Mountains and four bathrooms. The main building has seven bedrooms, two living rooms, the kitchen, pantry, dining room and three bathrooms. In the adjacent outbuildings (garage and studio) are the remaining two-bedroom with fireplace, bathroom and a small terrace including Mallorcan stone oven.
All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans, ADSL WIFI Internet, mini-safe and central heating. Our tastefully decorated bedrooms have large wardrobes, curtains, shutters, and Majorcan allergy free bedding in queen-or king-size format.
For the kids there is a BabyBay, country school and a cot for free. Linen change is 1 per week. All bedrooms are equipped with the arrival of two bath towels and hand towels.
There are four bathrooms in the house, two of which have a full bath (tub, shower, bidet, WC) or bathroom (shower, WC). In the main building there are three bathrooms and one in the annexe. All bathrooms are bright, have windows, hot / cold water and central heating for the colder months of the year. In all bathrooms include a soap dispenser, hair dryer and towels. Upon arrival, all bedrooms are equipped with two bath towels per person. Linen change is 1 per week.
Downstairs we have a cozy living room with open fireplace, a TV corner, the Mallorca library and the dining room and kitchen. Upstairs there is another living room, which is through countless windows very bright and friendly. This quiet country house has four well-equipped, bright bathrooms with windows and nine individually decorated double bed rooms with a magnificent view of the courtyard, gardens or Tramuntana Mountains. All rooms have air conditioning or ceiling fan and central heating, some with TV, radio and mini safe. All the rooms of the villa could be shaded by the roller. You have the possibility to use with your laptop the WLAN-WIFI free access to internet or a modem and unlimited landline phones called to all European country through our VoIP pages. Our Non smoking rooms are large and have allergy-friendly double queen beds or king size. The Mallorcan kitchen with fireplace with kitchen utensils and dishes perfect for large groups and is truly a delight for every housewife and every cook. We are prepared for baby and children visit and even dogs or cats very well. In the pool area we have many children games and toys for entertainment for free.

You are in 10 minutes by car in the center of Palma, which is 6 km away. Es Garrovers is about 6 km North West of Palma and is a residential area with villas, chalets and private homes. In a few minutes you are on the highway and you are able to travel in all directions of the island, for example, to the dream beach of Cap de Formentor in the north of the island.
The proximity to Palma, you can participate in all cultural and tourism activities in Palma and the sea in a within a few minutes. With the car you are on the beach in about 10 minutes. The location of the house is in a quiet residential area, where mainly locals live. There are no hotels, loud discos and pubs in the area.

After booking you have to pay in advance 50 % of the rental amount by bank transfer or with credit card. Please understand, that the reservation for a private holiday home must be guaranteed by this - payment, which is fully covered in any case by the HomeAway Group. In case of a cancellation of your reservation it would never be possible to find exactly for this date a big group. That is the reason why we recommend, that you book travel insurance, which insure all these damages that could occur. Our recommendable business partner, the HomeAway Group Inc., insures all guest payments up to 4000 Euros. So there is no financial risk for you. For further details you can contact us, we make the insurance for all our guests automatically.
You will not pay the running costs, for example cleaning of the pool or garden etc. Extra costs such as electricity, gas, water, pool maintenance, air-conditioning, central heating and a weekly change of bed linen and towels are as well included in the rental price. You can use for free a wireless Wi-Fi-WLAN internet access or a modem and unlimited calls to all landline phones of all European countries via our VoIP-homepage. You have to use your own laptop with this system.
We only charge for the final cleaning 300 Euros. The absolute unique and best you can make is to insure all your group members with the "holiday house damage liability insurance”, then you pay only 500 Euros loss damage deposit instead of 1000 Euros. This insurance of Lloyds costs only 10 Euros per person and is high recommended, because any damages would be covered. We manage it for you; you will have no paperwork at all. You pay the insurance amount directly to us and we include this in our booking confirmation. The loss damage deposit will be refunded after the return of the house key and after cleaning as well as an inspection by the landlord or his key holder within four weeks by bank.
Conditions
The rent per day is between 210 € and 560 € for the whole house, depending on the number of persons and season. For groups up to 6 persons, we provide during the low season a special discount of 50% on the normal rental prices (limited number of persons and bedrooms!). By this bookings must be paid the total amount in advance because of the special high discount.
Only weekends in the off season are surcharge with 1 day.

The most impressive and imposing building in Palma is the gigantic cathedral. It is situated in the Old town in the modern park Parc de la Mar. Near to the cathedral you will find the second most important buildings of Palma, the Almudaina palace. The historic train of the 18th century brings you from Palma to Soller on the old route during you will be fascinated by the landscape. Important to mention is the luxury harbor of yachts in Puerto Portals and the bizarre rocks of Cap de Formentor.

- The cathedral of Palma: a must for any visit is the Cathedral of Mallorca. It was the 13th Century and has the Spanish name "La Seu" The light. The cathedral was built directly on the site of the mosque, after the Moors were marketed. With its length of 120 meters and height of 40 meters dominates the cityscape. The cathedral is open to visitors from 10 o’clock and this time the light falls into the most beautiful by about 12 meters in diameter, large rose window. The view from the cathedral of the city is also worth seeing.

The widest and longest beaches are in the southwest of Palma, in the southeast in Colonia and Sant Jordi in the north of the island. On the northwest coast, mostly small, rocky coves with narrow access roads. Our selection includes the most beautiful beaches of Palma Nova and Magaluf in the south, the famous 9 km long beach of Playa de Palma, ranging from Palma to Arenal, where the villa is located, in Cala Millor and Cala Ratjada, with its wide beaches in the East. The absolute most beautiful beach with Caribbean flair located in Colonia by Sant Jordi. The former fishing village is still an insider tip for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. - Rental Car:
The rental cars you may receive at the airport in the park-garage, we necessarily recommend the reservation through the Internet before. The best way to come to us is by an own rental car. You save the money for the taxis two times and are flexible and free with an own car.
- Taxi-approach.
The fare is approximately 25 Euro, about 15 minutes travel time. Information requests and reservations you may be able to make on-line: mallorcataxi.com. At the airport Palma de Majorca you will see directly at the right side a big parking place with a well organized taxi-stand where sufficient cars are awaiting for you around the clock. The taxis are normally correct and cheap in Spain. The tariffs are obvious in several languages in the taxi. Keep an eye on, that the taxameter is switched on by the taxi-driver from the departure.
- Approach with public means of transportation.
The fare is altogether approximately 4 Euro per person and lasts about 60 - 90 minutes. You climb into the big, blue bus line No. 1 at the bus stop, which is immediately at the exit of the airport after the first conveyor belt on the right side, and travel up to the stop of the main train station, the "Estacion Intermodal Plaza Espana", in approximately 20 minutes. The bus departs every 10 minutes at the airport. There you transfer to the quick-track line Palma-Inca-Manacor and reach Pont d' Inca Nou in 10 minutes. In Pont d' Inca Nou transfer from the quick-track into the red-yellow Express-Bus No. 302 or 302A and travel up to the stop “Son Daviu Nou" in 15 minutes. The small bus stop is about 50 m away from the Finca-Chalet and has beside several recycling containers for paper and glass.
