For the summer months the furnished terrace and close accessibility to beaches (10 minutes away) and the classy marina (400m away) make this a great getaway.

For the winter months the underfloor heating, newly fitted Plasma TV with German and English channels (including BBC, ITV etc), iDock and accessibility to the finest shops and restaurants on the island make this a great retreat.

Superbly located in the heart of the old town area of Palma and near to the renowned Ramblas, Avenida Jaime and the magnificent 13th Century Cathedral. Chic restaurants, tapas bars and boutique shops in one of the finest shopping centres in Europe are on your doorstep.

“Classy apartment, beautiful terrace, perfect location for mix of city & beach” I stayed in the apartment for a long weekend with a school friend in August 2012. The taxi ride from the airport took literally about 10 mins which was a great start. The apartment itself is beautiful and very spacious - my friend and I shared the double in the bedroom but there was a double sofa bed in the lounge we could have used. The enormous bathroom was like being in a 5 star hotel, with 2 sinks and a huge powerful shower. The kitchen was well equipped and perfect for our needs. My favourite part of the apartment was the large roof terrace, accessed from the lounge, with outisde furniture - we spent many hours our there with a bottle of Cave, before going out for the evening. Each of the 3 nights we went out in a different area of Palma, all within easy walking distance of the apartment. One day we hired bikes from a shop about 5 mins walk away from the apartment, and cycled along the coastal cycle paths to various beaches/cafes. One day we got a taxi to a nearby beach. One afternoon the weather was cloudy, so we took advantage of the large DVD selection in the apartment and sat inside watching a film!

“Fantastic location, immaculate and stylish interior.” Had a lovely long weekend in this very well located apartment. You are just a short walk from the beach, there are bars and restaurants dotted all around this area, and you are also just a short walk away from El Corte Ingles for all of your grocery requirements. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished throughout, it seems the owners have thought of everything.

“Good but some problems” Overall this property was lovely and as advertised. It is very close to the cathedral and old centre of Palma and very close to the restaurant areas. The supermarket at the bottom of the road is invaluable and has all basics and the kitchen here is fab. We did however have a couple of issues, firstly there is no air con in the bedroom, which we new already, but the one fan and window in there really doesn't keep it cool enough to sleep and we had a lot of sleepless nights due to the heat in here. Also the bedding smelt of ammonia, luckily we found some alternative bedding in the wardrobe and changed the beds, not sure if this was due to washing powder but it stank the room out for a couple of nights before it cleared. Otherwise this is a lovely place and ideal location to explore Palma
