For the summer months the furnished terrace and close accessibility to beaches (10 minutes away) and the classy marina (400m away) make this a great getaway.
For the winter months the underfloor heating, newly fitted Plasma TV with German and English channels (including BBC, ITV etc), iDock and accessibility to the finest shops and restaurants on the island make this a great retreat.

Car hire is not essential as the apartment is a short taxi ride from the airport (around 15 Euros)
Temporary parking is possible directly outside the apartment (some restrictions) and long term parking is available in nearby public car parks (400m away)

Palma is one of the most exciting cities in Europe and home to almost half of the population of Mallorca. Recent investment to restore areas of the Old Town have paid dividends as walking around the cobbled streets is one of the many pleasures the city has to offer.
As the most intriguing part of the city its narrow lanes and alleys are intercepted by attractive little plazas and flanked with a handsome medley of Gothic churches and Renaissance mansions, all of which can be seen in the comfort of a beautiful horse drawn carriage.
