This extremely well decorated and furnished apartment is an absolute must for all marine enthusiasts or indeed anyone that requires an amazingly relaxing city break. This stunning apartment looks over the yacht harbour on the Paseo Maritimo with views all the way up to the Cathedral. The huge terrace can be enjoyed for dining, relaxing or finishing that book. The nearest beach is Cuidad Jardin (City beach),Cala Major or Portixol is just a few minutes drive, taxi or bus ride away.
Both the twin bedrooms are beautifully situated with French doors opening onto the terrace overlooking the Mediterranean, both with fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and lamps. One with an en suite bathroom. There is also a family bathroom, both with ultra modern bathroom suites.
The kitchen has a wonderful American fridge freezer with ice and cold water facilities. The fitted units are the highest specification complete with all the equipment you could ever need.

Palma is truly a wonderful city packed with old Spanish tradition, many museums in the old city region, tapas bars in La Lonja, the magnificent Gothic Cathedral just along the Paseo and of course the majestic yachts lined up for 3 kilometers as far as your eye can see. There is so much to do in Palma you will not be bored.
Palma is Mallorca's metropolitan capital city and is a lively destination, full of activities, great restaurants and bars and sights to visit including the palaces, Bellver Castle, the water gardens and traditional markets. This beautiful city makes a great base to discover any part of the stunning island of Mallorca with the new Metro, local buses, taxis, trains or even a horse and buggy! Or hire your own car to discover everything.
There are many golf courses, go karting, cycling, caving, walking, motorbike hire, water fun parks 5 kms away in Arenal and 10 kms in Magaluf, Marineland only 8 kms away. Mallorca boasts a whole host of sporting and sailing activities which we can organise for you if you wish. How to get there
Most budget airlines fly to Mallorca from most UK & European airports. The flight to Mallorca from the UK is usually around 2 hours to Palma (PMI).
We can arrange Airport transfers or car hire for you straight to your holiday destination, please ask when enquiring. If you do hire a car we will supply you with a map & directions. The trip by car from Palma is straightforward and takes around 10 minutes

This holiday home is only available for Saturday changeovers for 7, 14, 21 or 28 nights during high season (27th June - 11th September). All other times you may book on any day of the week for any number of days, minimum of 4.
When you choose this holiday home, you will be asked to pay a *refundable reservation deposit of 30% of the total price of your holiday. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to the first day of your holiday. We will also ask for valid credit card details against the unlikely event of damage occurring while you are on holiday.
You can pay for this holiday through any branch of Lloyds TSB or with your credit/debit card through 'Google Checkout'.
* Your deposit will be refundable as long as there are more than 56 days before the intended start of your holiday.
