The Mallorca/Majorca region
Mallorca is a perfect and lovely place. There are lovely small villages, beaches and lots of tapas bars to visit. Take a train (the only train on Mallorca) to Sollier. Go to the big market in Inca and buy leather jackets or other nice things.
Take a cup of coffe at Cappochini in Porte Pourtal. Visit Andrax and have a nice meal at one of the very good fish restaurants there.
There are so many things to do and visit that you canīt do everything in one vacation, whenever you go back there is always something new to discover or the joy to see something you love once again.
Palma area
Santa Catalina is a part of Palma and it is very close to the centre. You walk there in five minutes to the shopping and bars.
The apartment is also very close to the sea walk. It will only take you a couple of minutes to get there. But the best thing with Santa Catalina is all the nice and cosy restaurants and bars. It is more air and light in this part of the town than for example in the old town. The houses are not so high and there are lots of trees as well.
How to get there
To get to Mallorca you can take a ferry from Barcelona or go by plane.
