The quiet situated villa with seven guest rooms with self-catering, in the very privileged residential area Las Maravillas near the world famous party zone, situated only 4 minutes to walk close from the 6 km long sandy beach of the legendary Playa de Palma.
The unique big villa in Palma is for 16 people with many amenities as well as a private pool, BBQ with outdoor kitchen and bar, 300 m² of terraces, kitchen, living room, etc. - only 200 meters far away from the famous sandy beach of Playa de Palma. The luxury-home-style vacation home has seven double bedrooms and four bathrooms, kitchen, private pool, spacious sun terraces and is set in fourth sea line. The 75 m² of spacious living room in penthouse-style offers a fire place, TV area, dining area for eight persons and directly access to the pool. The complete and modern equipped kitchen offers other dining table for six persons, two big refrigerators, a freezer and a pantry.
Two of the three double rooms (room 1 and 2) are served by one bathroom with comfortable massage-shower, WC and wash-basins. The room 3 includes an individual bathroom with shower, WC and bidet. The ground floor comprises of a room 4 with bathroom en suite (bathtub, shower and wash-basin), the room 5 disposes of a big double bed and gaze over the pool. You may use the entire terrain freely, the kitchen, the living room, pantry, the outside-kitchen with big BBQ area together with refrigerator, pool-bar, generous sun-or shadow-terrace and the pool. The first floor has two big bedrooms with bath en suite. Sufficient parking places you will find directly in front of the house. The rental price per day is from 175 up to 650 Euros for the whole house. Because of the fantastic location and infrastructure you can reach the legendary beach, as well as supermarkets, shops, boutiques, restaurants, beach cafes, bars, the most popular discos and night clubs in a few minutes.
The spacious living room in Penthouse style with fire place, comfortable TV-corner and large dining area are waiting for you. The very well-kept house comprises of 7 different furnished bedrooms (queen and king size) with 4 bathrooms. Every bedroom has an air conditioning and central heating. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, two big fridges, one freezer, pantry and dining area for 8 persons. All the rooms of the villa could be shaded by the roller. You have the possibility to use with your laptop the WLAN-WIFI free access to internet or a modem and unlimited phones calls to all European landlines through our VoIP pages.

-The spectacular living room with an area of 75 m² penthouse character with lots of windows and glass doors is very bright; it must be divided into three areas: the open fireplace, the cozy TV corner and the dining room for ten people. The living room has plenty of seating furniture, sofa and leather sofas for 24 persons. Throughout the villa, a parquet floor is laid. At the end of the light-filled living rooms a Balcony door is leading directly down to the pool. For a free use you have a wireless Wi-Fi Internet access or a modem and unlimited phones in all European countries are using our site to use VoIP through your own laptop, is available. -Two bedrooms on the ground floor (Room 1 and 2) have the nice marble bathroom (comfortable Jacuzzi shower and toilet). Room 3 on the ground floor has a marble en suite bathroom (bath, shower, toilet and bidet). In the basement are the ground-floor room 5 with a pool view and the spacious room 4, our 'small granny flat' with private bathroom (bath, shower and toilet). The largest of all the bedrooms are on the floor: Room 7 with fireplace, leather sofa, private bathroom (shower and toilet) and balcony. It has a king-size bed, a great view of the pool and on the time-honored by a park, surrounded romantic weddings. This was particularly popular in children bedrooms 6 as all other rooms in the villa a modern air-conditioning, a living room area with sofa bed and a safe. In all rooms, free internet available. Our guests receive complete bedding with two towels per person per week.
-There are four bathrooms in the house, two of which are made of marble. The beautiful marble bathroom has a comfortable Jacuzzi-massage shower (bath, shower, toilet and bidet) is on the ground floor. In the basement there is also a private bathroom with tub, shower and toilet. The first floor also offers a bathroom with shower and toilet. In all our bathrooms are bright windows, central heating, a soap dispenser, hair dryer and several towels for your comfort.
-The modern fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It is completely and really well equipped, by the two large refrigerators, freezer, crockery, glassware and household appliances such as 4-ring gas stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, espresso machine, toaster, contact grill, blender, juicer, kettle, Laundering. In the kitchen and dining areas are in the living room for a total of 17 persons. The pantry offers plenty of storage space for groceries.

The detached villa is located on a 1300 sq. meter plot. The property is completely fenced and safe for children or pets. The main door leads down into the basement, where you can park four cars. There you can also get to the pool and sun terraces with BBQ grill house or you can take the stairway to the living room. From the parking area leads a stair into the room 5 and 4, the ground floor of the villa. The two goals are to be opened by remote control. Up to four cars can comfortably park directly outside on the street in front of the villa.
The outer areas of the villa are divided into the pool, baby pool, sun deck with 16 sun beds and hammock, BBQ grill house with bar and shaded terrace with parking, the outdoor shower and table tennis.At the end of the huge sun deck and a rear exit, this leads directly to a small park as a shortcut to the beach.
The holiday villa is situated on the famous Playa de Palma, just 200 meters from the beach in a quiet, privileged residential area in Palma de Mallorca. With the fantastic location and infrastructure of Arenal you reach the 6 km long sandy beach of Playa as well as supermarkets, shops, boutiques, restaurants, beach cafes, bars, discos and nightclubs, the most popular in a few minutes.
Although, the famous “Schinkenstrasse”, and the local “Bierkoenig” or Mega-Park. On the beach you could get a bike, motorcycle, car, motor-boating, jet skiing, quad biking, kite-surfing, diving etc. Nearly Palma you will find numerous fish restaurants, tapas bars, café's and bars, including the Cathedral and the beautiful old town are worth a visit.

You will not pay the running costs, for example cleaning of the pool or garden etc. Extra costs such as electricity, gas, water, pool maintenance, air-conditioning, central heating and a weekly change of bed linen and towels are as well included in the rental price. You can use for free a wireless Wi-Fi-WLAN internet access or a modem and unlimited calls to all landline phones of all European countries via our VoIP-homepage. You have to use your own laptop with this system.
We only charge for the final cleaning 300 Euros. The absolute unique and best you can make is to insure all your group members with the "holiday house damage liability insurance”, then you pay only 500 Euros loss damage deposit instead of 1000 Euros. This insurance of Lloyds costs only 10 Euros per person and is high recommended, because any damages would be covered. We manage it for you; you will have no paperwork at all. You pay the insurance amount directly to us and we include this in our booking confirmation. The loss damage deposit will be refunded after the return of the house key and after cleaning as well as an inspection by the landlord or his key holder within four weeks by bank.
Conditions
The rent per day is 175-650 € for the whole house, depending on the number of people and the season.
For groups up to 6 persons, we provide during the low season a special discount of 50% on the normal rental prices (limited number of persons and bedrooms!). By this bookings must be paid the total amount in advance because of the special high discount. The premium for all short stays (3 days) over a weekend is 33.3% or an extra day is 33.3%.

The easiest and fastest way is to take a taxi at the airport. The trip takes less than 10 minutes and costs about 15 €.
By car:

From the airport take the blue bus - line 1 drive – get down in the station "Plaza España", then change the bus - line 15 - direction "El Arenal". Get out at "Hotel Kontiki Playa". It is 200 meters walk to the villa. The bus costs about 3 Euros for person and takes more or less one hour.
