Sailing is great for your dream family holiday or group getaway. There is nothing quite like approaching a bay from the vantage point of your own private yacht. Enjoy the freedom and escape on a superb new sailing Yacht, at a surprisingly affordable price. Explore all the delights of Mallorca, Ibiza, Menorca, and surrounding Islands at your own pace, independently ("bare boat") or with your private skipper, guide and cook. Sail and explore by day, eat on board or ashore each evening, and sleep in under the stars or in your own cabin every evening.
Your superb new Yacht, a Bavaria 50 Cruiser, is the largest and latest in the Bavaria range and is equipped with the most modern handling and navigation aids to get you to your destination in comfort and safety. The spacious and comfortable Yacht has 5 double cabins, 3 separate toilet/shower rooms, and a spacious and comfortable lounge area. Navigation and handling aids include satellite GPS, in mast furling, powered winch, and Bow-thrusters, to make your sailing holiday as easy and relaxing as you want it to be. The Yacht comes fully equipped for holiday use with kitchen and dining utensils and there is a dinghy with outboard motor for those trips ashore when anchored at sea.
Your family/group can be met at the airport and transported in air conditioned comfort directly to the mooring where the Yacht will be awaiting you, ready to sail and fully provisioned (local charge) if requested. A full laundry service is available (local charge) allowing you to travel light but look your best too. Shore based activities and excursions can be arranged to ensure you enjoy the best of all worlds, and get the most from your holiday.
Do not worry if you have never sailed before, as your professional skipper will introduce you to the exciting world of sailing, which is easier to master than you might expect. You can participate in the excitement of sailing or, if you have never sailed before, just relax and let your skipper take charge. For those keen to learn sailing, you will find that a week sailing holiday will be sufficient experience for you to feel confident about a "bare boat" charter holiday in the future.
Experience the tranquillity of life under sail, the exhilaration of sailing with good wind, and watch the sun set over the bay, enjoying an evening cocktail, after an exciting day that can be quite breathtaking. When you are sailing each day is different, and you learn something new every day. Sailing tuition can be provided (please enquire when booking).

The Mallorca/Majorca region
Mallorca is in the perfect location for sailing, suitable for novices and the most experienced.
Mallorca is a superb holiday sailing destination. The island has scores of marinas where you can berth, there are 5 in Palma alone. From your home berth in Palma you can stroll into the old town of Palma where you can chose from literally hundreds of tapas restaurants and bars.
While Mallorca also has its own share of after dark delights from the sophisticated to the cheap and cheerful, for outrageous night-life the party town of Ibiza is a within sailing reach.. Take in the boutiques, restaurants and Bora Bora beach before heading off for a night in one of the Island’s superclubs.
Mallorca is in the perfect position to charter a boat . You can simply take it easy, with leisurely sails to the different secluded bays and lively beaches within an hours sailing, or for the more adventurous, head to Menorca or Ibiza, stopping en-route to enjoy the best of the med. You can sail fully independently (minimum Day Skipper qualification required) or let your private skipper do as much or as little of the sailing as you want. Whichever option you prefer, you will be captivated by the ever changing coastline and the seemingly endless bays that surround the islands..
Ibiza and Formentera are only a days sailing away. Ibiza town offering culture and great night life, contrasting with its neighbouring island of Formentera, with its laid back attitude and Caribbean style beaches.
Alternatively, visit the nature reserve of Cabrera Island (a special licence is required which we will arrange) then continue up the east coast of Mallorca and sail across to Menorca where you can visit Mahon the Mediterranean’s largest natural harbour.
You will soon realise that the best way to arrive anywhere.....is by private yacht. Even the most beautiful destinations look better when you approach from the sea.
