Further details indoors: The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a stunning 19th century building, which has also been recently refurbished. There are only 3 other flats in the building which makes this location extremely quiet and no traffic in the immediate area
Further details outdoors: The apartment is centrally located behind the Town Hall and within the City walls. This small quiet street runs perpendicular to the Parque del Mar where the Cathedral, La Lonja and the Marina are located. The beautiful working Convent of Santa Clara is located a few houses away and the Arabian Baths a 2 minute walk away. The exclusive shops and boutiques on Jaume III, Sant Miguel, Colon or Jaume II are all nearby. Typical food market for fresh fruit, vegetables and fish...is only 2 blocks away. Private boat trips to virgin beaches and the island of Cabrera can be organized exclusively for our guests at extra cost (please ask for details).

For bookings we require a 20% deposit. Balance to be paid on arrival A 300€ damage deposit is also required on arrival, which will be returned on check out if nothing has been damaged.
