There is a fine sandy beach (300 metres from the property) which is popular for those want to be close to historic Palma but at a beachside location.
A complete range of restaurants, bars and shops are in the area.
Frequent (every 5 minutes) bus line connects the area with Palma's city centre.

The area, a former fishing village is enjoying a new buzz ... colourful cottages are being converted into stylish restaurants or homes, definitely one of the most trendy areas in Palma.
The recently constructed promenade (bicycle lane) linking Arenal and Palma goes through Ciudad Jardin, perfect for long walks along the beautiful bay of Palma.
Ciudad Jardin also enjoys a very convenient location just 3 kilometres to Palma Airport and 5 to Palma centre.
For a short break or for a longer stay ... Palma is the place!. Palma is the capital of the Balearics, it still manages to retain a enchanting elegance for visitors. From the historic Bellver Castle, dating back to 14th century and the second largest Gothic Cathedral in the world, to the Old Quarter of the city with its amazing "patios". The sheltered harbour city stretches around the bay, with its lovely promenade 'Paseo Maritimo', here you can walk, bike, skate or simply sit in one of the many café terraces watching the bustling harbour life.
