Home description

This apartment is sympathetically furnished with stunning Mallorcan, solid wood furniture throughout, with tasteful ornaments & oil paintings throughout.

It has a Spanish kitchen with a 2 ring electric hob, but there is no oven. A fridge freezer & lots of storage. The bathroom is also very modern, tiled throughout with a shower in the bath, loo, hand basin & bidet.

This property is absolutely ideal for any type of holiday but particularly a city break; just off the main avenida of the prestigious Borne region of Palma, where the famous gothic Cathedral is only walking distance situated right in the centre of city life where you can enjoy the culture of Mallorca at it’s best, as is lots of other famous sites very close by; 5 different Palaces, including the Palace of Jaime I, their gardens & fountains, the Santa Clara Convent, the Spanish art museum, the parliament buildings, the famous flower market, lots of traditional tapas bars & restaurants, everything you could ever wish for to enjoy this beautiful city & all it has to offer. with a plethora of restaurants, bars, tapas bars & hustle & bustle right at your fingertips. There are buses, taxis & trains within a few minutes walk to take you anywhere on the island. If you would like to enjoy the beach this is only a 2 km taxi ride or even walk along the wonderful Paseo Maritimo & take in the sea air & admire the luxury of the yachts moored there.

The flight to Mallorca from the UK is usually around 2 hours to Palma (PMI).
