Those in need of a city fix can enjoy the bustling life of the cultural capital Palma.

Old town Palma with it´s shops, bars, restorants, monuments...is one of the most cosmopolitan and sophisticated cities of the world at the moment.
The sightseeing walks in Palma de Mallorca is arranged by the Tourist Board (INESTUR). It has been an enormous success, and there are now 9 guided walks in Palma. The guides are very good. There knowledge of the life, and he secrets of the old ruling society, is very high. You hear how fortunes were made, and lost.
Max 30 in a group. Ticket sales stop 1 hr before start of tour. Note that the tours does not start from the tourist office. Ask them to mark on a map where is the start point. Duration is approximately 2 hours. 5 Language. The fee is varying, some 6 Euros each person.

The flat is loceted on the sencond floor of 1850´s building, it has no elevator and only 3 neighbours.

Further details outdoors:
The setting cannot be better. The street runs perpendicular in to the Parque del Mar where the Cathedral,La Lonja and the Marina are located.
All the exclusive shops and boutiques on Jaume III, Sant Miguel, Colon or Jaume II are very near by as well.
Typical food market for fresh fruit, vegetables, fish...is only 2 blocks away.

For bookings we require a 20% as a deposit.
The rest needs to be balanced on arrival.
A 300€ damage deposit is also required on arrival, which will be returned on the check out if nothing has been damaged.

Conditions

You could have a great vacation if you spen a few days at our secluded villa (down below) and a few days in the heart of the old town.
