This Mallorquin Palace dates from the 17th century. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with 2 unsuite bathrooms. Fully restorated and furnished includes WIFI INTERNET, satellite TV, DVD and HiFi. Fully equipped kitchen and a marvelous back yard garden. The large arch resting on pillars is an architectural feature of the city's courtyards at the beginning of the 17th century. Despite alterations in the 20th century, the original flight of steps is evident. Since the 17th c. it has been owned by the Dusai family who came from Sardinia. The family's coat of arms can be seen on the courtyard's arches.
